Important to note: Because the hotel is built into the cliffs, there are many steep steps between the rooms and the main walkway in Oia. This may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or health concerns. However, the views are completely worth the journey!

We LOVED staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. They carried our bags to and from our taxi so we didn’t have to manage the tricky stairs of Santorini with them. Cannot fault this place at all!

The steps oh my .. they are scary definitely made me think about how many cocktails I had ! It's not so much the number of them but they are slippy and uneven with nothing ro hold on to.. but I guess that's why you get the stunning views and privacy. Also note you won't see sunset from you room.

The place itself is amazing : the view, the facilities, the staff. We very much enjoyed our private hot tub with the view of the caldeira. I will come back in a heartbeat !

I liked everything. The view from the hotel, the location, the room decor and the view from it, the place, the cleanliness, the service. Everything. I came to regenerate, relax and calm down, this place gave me everything I needed and the view of the caldera and the sea soothed and calmed me down. The breakfasts were very tasty and had a selection of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, they lasted until 10:30 so there was enough time to enjoy the meal on the terrace looking out to the beautiful view of the sea. The service was incredibly nice and the whole hotel was unbelievably clean. The socks I wore did not get dirty from the bottom even once, I do not even have such a clean house to compare. It was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it. Thank You.

The view is truly amazing, a beautiful resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great to start your day off in Oia. It is a short hike up and down to get to the main street in Oia, where all the shops and restaurants are. The room was spacious, and the A/C kept the room cold enough on a hot day. I would stay again, and again.

Given the price, some things were missing or just super cheap. In-room coffee was instant in a packet. Housekeeping forgot to replace drinking glasses & beach towels every day. Linen bathrobes would be a nice touch. The toilet seat was broken as was the ventilation in the bathroom. We mentioned to staff who attempted to adjust the seat, to no avail. Ventilation was not fixed & should have been working from day one. The coffee machine in the breakfast room could've been much better. Was weak & tepid. Access to the spectacular location is via extremely steep, slippery steps. This is expected on the Caldera, however there is only one rope hand rail provided on one short wall only & that was ripped out of the wall for the full 5 days we stayed. If you have arthritic knees &/or hips this place isn't for you.

Location is stunning & very peaceful. Very well appointed rooms, with lovely bath products. Breakfast selection was terrific, including a small selection of homemade specialities made by Anna, the delightfully friendly cook & server.
