Wonderful view of Vathy and of the bay.. The nice balcony particularly suitable to get a breakfast and a relaxing aperitive at the sunset. Good location close to Vathy.

I loved everything

Very good stay at Calypso apartments. The view was simply amazing. I loved to wake up and stay on the balcony to admire Vathy and also the stunning Ithaka. The room was modern, very, very clean. It had all the necesities and a very good wifi. We also used the small kitchen which was clean and fully equiped. The staff was very polite and friendly

With hindsight, we would have stayed a little closer to the sea front. The walk down to the town is quite steep and hard going, especially on a hot day, though a taxi cost 5€ each way. In the description, tea and coffee making facilities available, but you will need to bring your own tea or coffee etc.

Fantastic view over Vathy, with a couple of fantastic beaches a ten minutes drive away.

Very spacious,, clean and comfortable. Fantastic views of Vathi. Kitchen basic but had enough utilities for four people. Staff very friendly.

Its not a long walk to the city but is a bit up hill when you want to go back.Taxi is cheap so you always have an alternative and is a 30 min walk to the beach from the centre but you have rentable cars and scooter. And im not sure if is a common occurrence but the balcony was a bit windy.

The view was fantastic with a view of an entire city and a lagoon. We were welcomed by a friendly stuff. Room had a fully functional kitchen, AC , and the balcony was clean and spacious.

Exceptional owners/staff , really clean rooms and facilities, good value for money ( stayed in early July). The view is even better than shown in the photo (from our room and from most ones I suppose) . Frequent change of sheets and towels.

The beds were a little basic but no problem.

Probably the best view of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The Calypso apartments are situated high on a hill overlooking Vathi town. We had a small but functional kitchenette and adequate shower, separate toilet room. For the price it was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly and allowed us to check in early. Plenty of free parking.

The shower head rail was broken but it wasn’t a massive issue As a suggestion maybe offer to stock the fridge and you pay for what you take out of the fridge

I have nothing to dislike about this property. I would say though that you need a vehicle if you’re staying here because it’s quite a way above the harbour on the hill. But that’s why the view is the best!

I arrived a day late due to flight issues from Canada and Gerasimos offered to let me stay an extra day for free because of my travel adventures. A great host. I’ve stayed here before and will be back again. Best view in Vathy!!
