Internet was good at 4th and 5th flood but not working at 2nd floor. Putting 2 small bed together instead of 1 was a bad idea :(

when we checked in there was an awful smell of sewage in the room, we told reception straight away, went out for the evening, when we came back for bed, it was even worse, went to reception and was told there was nothing they could do, and the night staff were very rude, and basically said its better than sleeping outside in the park, which with that smell, I d say outside would have been better, we were moved the following day, but this shouldn't have happened, that room wasn't suitable to stay in and the man that dealt with us that evening was very rude

The only thing was the shower in the room because it kept overflowing when showering. Also there could be more electrical sockets in the room.

The service was excellent, staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was good. The hotel is more for adults and a bit more queit, but you can also use the facilities of sister hotel calypso beach which is more family oriented and there's more for children to do and I think it's a great thing. The beach is close and is very nice and kept clean. We chose a room with a side sea view, which was very nice.

there isn't anything we didn't like but be aware that this hotel is in faliraki so the crowed around there can get roudy, we only stayed for a night so it wasn't an issue

Clean and spacious room (and we had a little bonus direct entry to a semi-private pool from the room which was fab!), food is decent for an all inclusive, staff is super friendly and accommodating, the ability to use the pool and beach facilities of the "sister hotel" made the value really great!

Great staff all the members but especially Kyriakos, Rena and George are true examples of hospitality. None of the staff has no any negative things. Also hotel is located a so well place and all the facilities are really impressive. It’s pool and beach were great and you can eat really good meals which can not be expected from an all inclusive hotel.

Like said the hotel would benefit from full renovation. We found the meals repetitive but felt never hungry after the meals.

We had relaxing four days at Calypso Palace. Hotel was a bit outdated and could be raised to next level with broad renovation. We stayed at two-bedroom suite which was renovated, spacy and had a nice bathroom. Personnel at the hotel were really nice and always ready to help you. Pool area was quiet and suitable for families with order kids but most of the customers went to the beach instead. Drinks were mostly made of branded spirits and the selection was good. I could definitely return here!

The staff genuinely couldn’t do enough to help and they all made our stay amazing. We were allowed to check in to our room at least 4 hrs early and were given a nice upgrade. Food was very nice and some of the best iced frappes that I have ever had. We also had use of the Beach hotel that was a very short walk away and right on top of a nice stretch of beach.

The saleswoman (the younger lady) at the hotel’s mini market seemed impatient with the customers.

We arrived early but the hotel still managed to get our room ready at the sister hotel across the street. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and room was very clean. The photos of the room on booking.com does not do justice to it, the room looks better in person. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help when needed ( I hope the hotel pays them a good salary because they deserve it). Housekeeping ladies came everyday to clean and change our towels. We really enjoyed the free Shows at the hotel, it was a big bonus. There’s was a wide variety of food at breakfast, lunch, dinner and night snacks. We particularly loved the food from the grill bar served at noon. The crepes served at the pool bar were delicious, it was our favorite (High five to Elvira😊). Our room minibar had complementary soft drinks, water and wine. Soft drinks were available 24/7. The WIFI connection was also good and stable. Thank you to all hotel staff members for your great hospitality, we’ll definitely be back soon.
