Located on the seaside. The owners are very kind and friendly. Excellent restaurants around the hotel. Had cleaning regularly during the week. Comfy beds. Amazing view from the balcony.

The hosts were welcoming us nicely. The garden was fascinating, with a nice view from the terrace. Parking places were always available.

The toilet and shower cabin could use some minor upgrades in the future to enhance comfort.

The location is so accurate. The Apartment is complete of everything! Such a wonderful view from the balcony. You can see the sunrise in the morning! Owners lovely persons, helpful and so kind! Position is Really Good. Near there are market, restaurants with bar and beach. Menteni one of these super recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming — truly some of the nicest people we’ve met. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The garden is absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The view of the sea is stunning, and having such a great restaurant just next door was a real bonus — delicious food in a calm setting just a few steps from the water. This place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very beautiful house. amazing location

Great host, Marina and her husband they were quite friendly and smiley. Just next to the sea with several beach options. Beach is sand and no need for shoes. Next to the Hotel there is a nice beach restaurant with delicious food.

We literally loved everything about this place.Perfect for those who are looking for a quiet place to recharge and admire the beauty of nature this lovely island offers.The location is stunning ( by the sea which is visible from the room's balcony).The garden and the building are well maintained, with great attention to small cozy details which we really appreciated. On top of everything, Marina and her husband 's hospitality is outstanding, they are always available to help and have a chat with their guests. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! The venue is delightful, the owners are incredibly kind and it is very clean.

The owners are very hard working people and keep the place clean at all times. There are tables outside with big umbrellas where you can hide from the sun if it's too hot. We also had a small table outside our room where we used to have breakfast before going to the beach. One day, after cleaning our room, they left us some basil on our bed. It smelled like the type my grandmother used to have at her house. The location is quite close to the beach... 200m walk if you go left and 300m if you go right. There's also a good restaurant right across the street. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept fantastic with no outside noise apart from the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, the crickets from the trees and the occasional car driving by slowly. If you're visiting Zante and you have a car, it's the best place to stay.

The room was clean, had a small kitchenette, and everything we needed to prepare breakfast if we wanted. The weather was very hot and the room had AC available, which helped a lot. The view is really lovely and the studio is very well located in Amoundi, close to nice restaurants. There are two small beaches close by, so you have everything you need. The area is very quiet so if you are looking to rest, enjoy a really nice garden and lovely people, this is the place to go. Unfortunately I don't have pictures with the room but the photos on booking are real so you make an idea. Last but not least, our host Marina is very lovely and she helped with info or whatever we needed. P.s: One little mention, bring your own toiletries as there aren't any

Literally EVERYHTING!! Most of all, the hosts, they made our stay personal, comfortable and are incredibly welcoming. They are available at all times and always on hand to help should you need it. The cleaners keep the rooms impeccably clean on a daily basis replacing towels, linens and leaving beautiful collections of herbs on the beds each day, which is such a nice touch. Small family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. Constant hot water, replenishment of complimentary toiletries (including washing-up liquid and toilet rolls) Free safety deposit box and aircon with no extra charge!! Sufficient appliances and cutlery for our stay, basic but perfectly adequate. We had a top floor studio with perfect sea views and a balcony with seating and table to soak up the scenery. Lovely seated communal area with shade to enjoy a welcomed break from the heat of the sun. Entire site felt safe and secure with lots of security cameras leaving you feeling completely at ease and secure. Kept our room later than check out (at no cost ) with absolutely no issues. The accommodation is in a quite location, just 30 min taxi from the airport (on a busy road.. but it doesn't impact your stay) with a stone beach (sea shoes needed) only meters from the door!! There are also other sandy beaches all within 15 mins walk. Ammoudi being the best sand option with best accessibility to the sea. Great taverna opposite hotel with great food and sunbeds for hire. Lots of bike/car hire options all in the area if you wish to access the rest of the island. Greek supermarket very close with a decent choice for a mini market. Hand full of tavernas all local and within walking distance from your door!! what more can you ask for .. nothing!! The hosts communication prior to arrival was first class!! Mega friendly hostel, very great service and housekeeping. Always helpful to everyone, comfortable and huge rooms. The rooms have 3 beds each and a kitchenette for cooking. a great place to relax. View of the sea, 2 minutes walk, close to shops and restaurants. 100% recommended

poor Transport - it is necessary to rent a car, motorbike, go-karts or an expensive taxi to see interesting attractions.

Good location, near the sea. Friendly staff member who helped us with everything we needed. The cleaning lady comes every day if needed to change the towels and bedsheets.

The mattresses and pillows were a bit hard but we asked to change them and our sleep was great after that. A bit outdated furniture and appliances but that didn’t stop us from having a great stay.

Friendly. We arrived late, greated and shown round with a smile. A welcome pack was awaiting us.

Fantastic quiet location with beaches walking distance. Very friendly and knowledgeable hosts who were always there to help. Room service every day.

The location was perfect, really quiet and nice place with a great sea view! The staff was wonderful and kind! Is a place that makes you want to return!

A very good price/performance ratio. The landlord is a nice person, very helpful (advices for trips, help with car rent). At arrival, bottle of water, bread, butter and jam was prepared in the fridge for our first breakfast. And the best bonus has probably been a nice tavern just across the street, which moreover offered a beach (the best one in Amoudi!) with free sunbeds with parasols and tables, and probably the best drinks and food in Amoudi.
