The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a stunning sea view. This area has tiny beaches, but the hotel has a big grassy yard with sunbads and a pool-like access to the water. It's just perfect. Also for little kids. The breakfast served in the apartment adds a nice touch. The entire crew is just lovely.

A couple of small things could be improved: the emergency light in our room was placed right in front of the bed and made it a bit hard to sleep. Some of the outdoor play equipment was broken, and the drying rack in our room had been fixed with thread and came without clothespins. It worked fine, but in a place so thoughtfully designed, we expected a bit more attention to these small details. That said, these were only minor details in an otherwise wonderful experience. We left with great memories and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic time! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, modern, and very comfortable. The view was breathtaking, and the crystal-clear sea was perfect for swimming. Breakfast was rich and varied, served on the terrace, and always delicious. Compliments for the best banana bread we've ever had in our life! We also made a little furry friend—a sweet local cat we already miss! The staff were all genuinely kind and welcoming, and the nearby taverna served amazing food, just a short walk away.

I loved everything! Starting from the wonderful receptionist Anna to the wonderful food of Maia! The design of the rooms beautiful and the view fantastic! The beach was crystal clear and perfect to head by boat for private tours. Highly recommended!

Calypso Villa is on a beautiful quiet headland right on the sea . The rooms are large and tastefully decorated The swimming is phenomenal because you literally step out of the garden into the sea , the cove is wonderful and sheltered and not busy

The kids screaming on the beach were annoying sometimes, but it is not something the hotel can control. Also, we wish there was some privacy screen available on demand for enjoying a couple time in the pool without people passing by.

The view, the ocean, the facilities were trully amazing. There are lots of very good tavernas nearby. You can even rent a boat that will pick you up straight in front of the villa! The staff was extremely, extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs, they really made our day many times organizing everything, thank you so much!!

There was no swimming pool in the Villa and it was a bit far from the Zakynthos city with hardly any public transport. If you have your own car it would be a great place

everything. we came last year and liked it so much we brought our daughter back. I don’t go to places twice as there is too much to see but this is lovely. from the lovely breakfasts served on your balcony looking over stunning views of the morning sea to beautiful boat rides sorted by the host. picked up from the sea 20 metres from your room. everything was excellent. Big shout out to Lena( front of house) who nothing was too much for. thanks again for a lovely memory. x

The only only thing i would change is making the cement around the beach/water front area smoother....it was tad unfinished. But this is a tiny issue.

We loved this place! Although we came at end of the season, the accommodation was perfect and we wish we has come in the summer. The beds were amazingly comfy, the kitchen the right size with everything one would need, the balconies were gorgeous. We loved the cabana beds and the kids loved the sup and kayak.

We stayed at Calypso Villas for 4 nights and I can just say it was EXCELLENT! We were working over the day but during our lunch break, thanks to the villa being directly on the beach, we were able to take a bath and relax in the sun. The beach is excellent, very clean and nice organized and the water is not shallow at all and very clean. We only wished we could have stayed more! Btw, the sunrise from the room is unique!
