Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Home away from home. Our host was very hospitable, friendly, helpful- she cooked us a beautiful breakfast every morning. The hotel is right in beautiful Rhodes old town, in a very quiet side street- you only turn a corner when leaving the hotel and you`re in the middle of the tourist hubub. Many restaurants close by, the bus station is only 10min walk. This boutique hotel has only a few rooms which gives it a nice special feel, cosy courtyard and nice rooms (please note that the rooms are decribed by m2 and are big enough- we`ve read reviews saying they were too small, which is not true. Please take into account that it`s a historical building as everywhere in Rhodes old town).

AustraliaWe had the most perfect stay at Camelot Traditional and Classic Hotel. It was so convenient. Just a short walk from the Marine Gate taxi rank, close to all the sights, restaurants and shopping, and there was even a small beach just outside the Panayia Gate. Nina was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

United StatesNo direct way to drive or park real close to the hotel. Next time I will not worry with renting a car. There is no need due to taxi and shuttle services conveniently located close by.
Its location was right in the middle of Old Town and close to all the shops and restaurants but still tucked away to make a great place to find peace and quiet.

AustraliaWhat an amazing hotel steeped in history from the 15th century, beautifully appointed and maintained. The rooms were reminiscent of the period, transporting you back in time. The location was second to none, and in walking distance to all the attractions and amazing restaurants. The host Nina made our stay exceptional! I felt like I was being looked after by my mum. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I looked forward to her traditional fare breakfasts each morning and her wonderful suggestions of which sites were a must to visit We Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.

Australiashower was tiny but it had to be that way because of the age of the building but it did the job
The owner/ hostess was the most beautiful lady.As soo as we walked in she offered us Ouzo. The accommodation had been renovated from a 15 century knights home it had been done with the assistance of the dept of antiquities as not to damage mist of the original stones. it’s a beautiful place with a bar breakfast area and several patio areas to sit outside including the roof. was about 10 metres from a beautiful restaurant. the location is perfect, one street back from the main thoroughfare so quiet. Exellent place
