Breakfast was great and the views were absolutely stunning! You feel like your on you own private oasis.

The stunning views of the Caldera, the friendly staff, and the luxurious room with a private pool. I woke up looking at the Caldera from the window of my room. The lower room felt like a cave, so unique

No dinning option inside the facility but local restaurants can do pick up to the hotel if you don’t have a car

The property is very clean. My children walked around in white socks most of the time and hardly any change in colour .. that’s how clean. The manager is very kind and friendly. He makes you feel such a special guest and gave us VIP treatment and a very warm welcome including recommending a friend’s restaurant for lunch which was absolutely Michelin style for reasonably priced and the view .. I’m forever grateful. The breakfast is delicious. Would be nice to have variation in it. Say some sausages, baked beans instead of daily eggs. Even then, I cannot fault them. They are so good at what they do. Imagine breakfast with a sea view by the pool side.. pack your bags for holiday. It’s all real.

Was initially upset about extra daily fee for children beds, but in the end we resolved the misunderstanding. I made the payments smoothly and it was all very professionally handled. These guys have great customer service.

Not a lot.

First, when I made the reservation, I corresponded with the place in advance to make sure that the children could sleep in the beds with us. I was told that there was no problem and only if we wanted an extra bed it would cost 70 euros per night. I confirmed this. Only when we arrived we required to add 500 euros for each child sleeping in the beds with us. In the end, we paid 1000 euros extra on top of the price!! For 2 children, when a 3-year-old girl was not charged. it should be emphasized. In this place, the entire payment is paid several weeks in advance, so there is no possibility For a refund. Worse still, after I had already paid the additional 1000 euros, the manager came and really attacked me in a rude, humiliating, condescending, and forceful manner.. I asked if there were cameras in the room so that I could have proof of how I behaved from start to finish and the degrading way he treated me, and even then I was met with a barrage of yelling and insults. As for the place itself, it's not an hotel but accommodation units (we didn't know). The place doesn't clean even once for 8 days, doesn't change towels, doesn't provide shampoo and basic toiletries that you have to purchase independently, and the breakfast is also very poor and doesn't change and consists of 2 eggs (arrived cold on a plate wrapped in plastic), a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese on a plate, bred with butter and jam, croissants, juice, and coffee/tea. Every day exactly the same thing.

Beautiful apartment, peaceful and serene away from foot traffic and crowds but close enough to drive within 5-10 minutes to restaurants, grocery/convenience store or viewpoint overlooking the sea to watch the sunset. Breakfast served outside in your private villa made us feel like royalty. Truly beautiful.

We chose Cape 9 for a get away as new parents and boy it didn’t disappoint. First and most importantly - the service! Wow these guys are so accommodating! Everything you can possibly need, they will provide. The view from our villa was like something from a postcard and the villa itself was so spacious and clean and such a santorini feel!

Beautiful views in a quieter area of the island but still easily accessible by car to main tourist areas like Oia, beaches etc. Really tasty breakfasts & very helpful staff.

This property is gorgeous and spotless both inside, as well as the grounds! The views are incredible and the accommodations are built with the traditional cave like Santorini feel. We rented two bedroom with plenty of space. Breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning. It is on the quiet side of the island where the owners know everyone. They set us up with restaurant and catamaran experiences and even had a car delivered for us once we were comfortable with the island.

Rooms are cleaned daily, keeping everything fresh and comfortable throughout your stay. A delicious breakfast is delivered to your room every morning, making each day start off perfectly. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with organizing local attractions and giving great recommendations. Helped us to book a car, quad bike and even dinner with a transfer. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail make it feel like a home away from home. Truly the best place to stay – highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

Everything was perfect

Cape 9 villas and suites is the perfect spot if you’re seeking a more quiet, laid back vibe to your Santorini island visit! The suite we stayed in was very private, spotlessly clean, huge comfortable beds and great shower pressure! Akrotiri is about 15 mins away where you can take a bus to Fira if you don’t want to hire a car. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and catered to our every need 😊

The hotel owner and his wife provided excellent customer service, making our stay even more enjoyable.The view from our room was stunning- we could see the Caldera right from the window. Breakfast was served in our room, which was such a lovely touch. We also visited nearby restaurants, and the owners' even offered free transportation there. One of the most special moments was on my birthday- they surprised me with a cake and wine which was super thoughtful and made the day unforgettable. Our villa was spacious, beautifully designed and came with private pool and breathtaking view. I'll definitely book this same hotel the next time I visit Santorini.

The location is far so you need a mode of transportation as the island is built on lots of hills. The hosts however organized free transportation for us to a handful of restaurants. They also told us about local events like a Greek night which was very fun! The views are amazing and the villa is very comfortable once I figured out how to work the AC remote. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Variety on the breakfast options as I don’t really enjoy eggs so I had bread every morning. I would have happily paid for a breakfast menu of my choosing. I do appreciate that they organized breakfast though as you can’t really walk somewhere to eat.

It was perfect, the location was spot on, the view was outstanding and the service was sharp and precise. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The rooms had extraordinary view, they were very clean & always smelled good. The breakfast was elaborate. The staffs were very attentive & helpful. They guided us throughly to make our visit even more pleasant. The swimming pools were so clean. The location was perfect.

Amazing place!! Great view, clean, calm and relaxing!! A reason to come back to Santorini!!! And the staff more than friendly!! Ask for Odysseus!! He made us feel like family!!
