Very helpful host happy to help with taxi transfers. Opposite ferry departure area great location for travellers.

The door to the room was a painted over glass door, so didn’t feel it as secure as I’d have liked. The downstairs door was often left open. The bathroom needed more light. There were gaps under the terrace doors. These are points that need addressing but we still enjoyed our overnight stay.

The location was great: in the centre of Skiathos town. The room was clean and comfortable for one or two nights. The small terrace enabled you to sit out and look at the harbour, and the ferries coming and going.

Centrally located overlooking the sea and port of Skiathos with a good size private balcony to observe all and absorb the ambiance of the place. Excellent guidance and support from Rediana who gave very good information on the town and all local amenities!

Close to ferry and road so expect some noises. Double glazed windows would be an improvement.

It would have been good to know in advance about the stairs but it didn’t impact me personally but would if I had been travelling with small children for example

The steep staircase to get to the top floor, especially when carrying a large suitcase. The fried oil smell that came from the nearby restaurants which prevented us from enjoying sitting in the balcony. The not-so-safe wall plugs by the bed which weren't fitted properly. Overall, quite pricey for what you get.

Getting luggage up stairs for an older couple was hard. would be good for them to arrange a breakfast deal one of the cafe's downstairs

Location was great - we enjoyed the Hussle and Bussel of the new port during the day and easy access to the Old Port. The view from the balcony courtyard was awesome

Transfer from airport arranged by accommodation. Met by representative at the accommodation who explained everything we needed to know. Convenient location to catch ferry boat!

The shower is tricky to get going and isn't the best. It can be a little noisy but you're in the heart of everything so this isn't unexpected.

The location was fantastic, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel booked the airport transfer which was really helpful. Met by a very friendly host. Location was perfect for exploring and accessing buses and boats.

Our only complaint is that the shower head bracket is missing a part.

The location could not have been better. It is opposite the ferry and close to the sail boat dock and shops. Rediana arranged the airport shuttle and was at the property to help us in and take the luggage up the stairs. The view from the roof deck is exceptional. The unit is small and as described.

You have to accept there are steps up to rooms if you want a view.

Location was excellent and the arranged pickup from the airport worked perfectly. I was met at the hotel and my case was carried up to my room.
