It’s not the property, it’s the loud, obnoxious guests that would walk up and down the stairs at 4 am and shouting. The hotel should charge extra for such behavior honestly.

The room was brand new and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and it was lovely to have a little balcony for evening chats and people watching. Nikos was so helpful from the beginning, he offered an airport transfer and even negotiated a better price for a taxi fare! He went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful! We can only recommend the stay in Casa del Mar if you are going to Zakynthos. Very nice personnel,great service and communication, everything was nice,modern,spacious,clean. We did not miss anything in the room. With few meters to the beach, and having sunbeds always available, we had a great relaxing stay. Sabina&Tomas

The shower is very closed to the toilet, so ones we had a water in a room. But personal was very nice and friendly, they helped us a lot to solve this ASAP!

There were no faults.

This stay was AMAZING had the best time. The customer service was amazing and the most lovely people that went above and beyond for us. The room had everything that you would need and if you did need anything which we didn’t then they would be more than happy to provide, but the room comes with everything. It was in a PERFECT location with the beach a 2 minute walk, lots of places to go shopping and get food. I will 100% be going back here as they made it verry special to us words can’t explain how amazing our stay was. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone families to group holiday going clubbing as there is so much to do for everyone. I personally went with my partner and we had a beautiful time on the beach in the day but then in the evening we went out and surprisingly how close it is to the main stripe you still can’t hear anything inside.

"Casa Del Mar" was a fantastic place to stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We loved being so close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation in Laganas.

Breakfast, there was limited choice.

The host was incredible! He was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel safe and looked after us better than we could ever have asked! It was the perfect place to stay. The perfect location; on the beach, a short walk to all the clubs on the main strip but far enough away to not hear the music, also next to some amazing restaurants and the interiors were gorgeous! All in all a great place to stay!

It’s extremely clean the 2 ladies are so nice and they make sure u have beautiful cotton linen sheets and white towels u will be provided free of charge beach towels as well absolutely a great experience there is fridge with water and coffee machine with coffee pods Definitely coming back.

It’s a beautiful place to spend your holidays it’s just next to the beach you wake up open the balcony door and u see the sunrise the sea and just walk down for your breakfast which is amazing u literally are eating next to the beach then there is the beach bar with beautiful fresh drinks and cocktails that are made with love. Sun beds and a mesmerising view .

If you are looking to stay in laganas casa del mar is your best option. The property is very well located it’s right by the beach and very comfortable to stay in. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and helpful. We needed some help with booking some trips and taxis and they did it all for us. They also were very flexible with the checkout and allowed us to stay in the rooms for few more hours!! Highly recommended

Great location, 1 minute from the beach with plenty of nice restaurants. Also very close to the strip, but the room itself is extremely quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was at a beach bar and was very nice and more than enough choice.

It was right in the beach and practically on the strip perfect for a group of teenagers. We also liked the fact there was security in the door being a group of young girls and felt safe.

The coffee from the breakfast was not that great, would be great if this can be changed in the future.

The property is really nice, close to a great beach and good restaurant. The host was really amazing and helper us with everything we need. Really appreciated this, everything was great! It is worth coming here if you visit Zakynthos. The airport is very close - 10 mins by car.

Great experience! The owner (forgot his name) was very accommodating with us with our check in and check out. Breakfast was included with our booking and breaksfast is at one of the restaurants by the beach, right next to the hotel. Hotel is literally next to the beach where there are sun beds to lay in. So many activities steps from the hotel and also so many restaurants. Stayed there for 3 nights and we always just walked to the restaurants. Theres also many bars and clubs on the same street. Never had any issues with music being loud or anything though. Very quiet in the room despite the location. Overall, would book here again and would recommend this place to others!
