This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at! Everything in the room is new, it's just a couple of minutes' walk to the sea and 7-10 minutes to the centre! Excellent value for money! Many thanks to the owner for always being available and very responsive!

Right by the sandy beach. Brand new facility art deco style renovated. Small fridge and coffee makers in the room along with a kettle. Bed was very comfy, probably because it’s new. Nice quiet area yet 10 min seaside walk to old town center.

The location is absolutely amazing, just one street away from the sea and a sandy beach, with plenty of great traditional seaside restaurants nearby. The area is truly charming and perfect for a nice walk, and it’s only about 10–15 minutes from the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better! We also rented a car directly from the host, and everything went perfectly. The place is clean, beautifully decorated… nothing to complain about – everything was just perfect!

It was an en-suite room not an apartment so no seating area & no chairs in the room There was a piece of the wall with a wooden vent/opening from next door that lit up at night and you could hear the bathroom toilet flushing etc

Lovely duplex apartment. Spacious, comfortable, clean & everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great terrace area with patio furniture. 2 min walk to beach and restaurants along the beach front. 10-15 min walk to Chania harbour. Hosts very friendly & welcoming. Would highly recommend.

The location, the balcony, the interior. Everything. It’s like one minute walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes walking to the old town. I cannot think of a better place to explore the city.There are numerous of great tasting restaurants with very reasonable prices nearby. We had the best pork rib, lamb streak, and even an authentic Crepe ever! There is even a great gym in around 6 minutes walking. The interior is also spotless. You could find everything you could possibly need inside the room, from cozy mattress to duper clean kitchenwares. The balcony is also an super cozy place to indulge in. Would definitely come back!

Really relaxed vibe but also super clean and everything you need. It was great there were owners and staff on site everyday. Rooms were kept very clean. Umbrellas were available to borrow. Theo the owner was on hand to offer advice and tips.

The layout could have made the twin beds further apart.

Very clean, felt luxurious, good attention to detail and decoration, private, felt homely and not like a hotel, felt safe due to code to gain entry.

Everything. Location, Comfort, Quiet, close to beach, 10 min walk to the wonderful old Town, helpfulness of owners allowing us to leave our bags whilst we went hiking in the Mountains for 2 days

The property is very clean and cosy. There is a shop not to far away. Also there were instructions/maps provided about the city - places to visit, transportation, restaurants and ect. It was really helpful and thoughtful. The property had everything you would need for the stay, even make-up wipes and a towel for cleaning make-up. We came with a car, but we found a parking space on the street not to far away.

The location is perfect for the beach and a few minutes walk to the Old Town. It is impressively designed with excellent taste and high end finishes. Very well equipped with everything one might need from a holiday apartment. Very peaceful and quiet. Air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. The owner was very friendly.

Perfect location almost on the sandy beach and only a short walk into the Old Town, in addition there are many beachfront restaurants nearby, Apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean, Theo and Anastasia are so lovely and helpful, we managed to park in the road outside if you plan to hire a car. Lovely sun terrace for sole use of our duplex apartment, perfect for sitting outside after a day on the beach to cool down and enjoy a cold glass of wine 😁🥂☀️Would throughly recommend this place to stay and amazing value for money, we are definitely going back!! 10 stars from us. 👏😁👏
