The host was amazing and caring. She was there when we arrived and also was asking everyday if we needed anything. The property is close to the beach, the city, and to important roads to visit the villages.

The accommodation offers very good value for money. It is very clean, tastefully decorated, and makes you feel right at home. Katerina, the owner, was very helpful with everything we needed and provides the option of daily room cleaning. The location is excellent — about a 15–20 minute walk from the center, close to a supermarket, and just a 10-minute walk from Saint George’s beach. The property also has a large parking area. The large balcony enhances the experience.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Naxos! The location was perfect – close to everything we needed – and the apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photos. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Extremely comfortable and cozy, it truly felt like home. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, constantly surprising us with delicious treats from her own garden throughout our stay. The apartment was cleaned regularly, and fresh towels and bed linens were provided during our stay, which was a lovely touch. Everything was just perfect – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is very beautiful and nicely decorated with that ’island decor’ touch. The sandy beach is walking distance, <5min, and so is the town centre,10-15 min (flat surface). We much preferred staying here with more quiet than at the town centre. Supermarkets, bakeries and cafes are still within 5min walking distance. The host Katerina was so friendly and genuine. She was there if we needed anything, and at the same time very respectful. Highly recommended place, we would definitely come back!

Casa verde was one of the best hotel or accommodations I’ve ever visited ! The owner was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly . She gave information about everything related to the island and its activities! Would definitely come back ! Highly recommend!

The host was amazing. She left is a cake in the room on arrival, the next day she made us home made pudding, which were delicious. The room was clean. The service was amazing! Location was good, close the beach and the centre.

The room was very spacious, comfortable as well as clean. We had everything we needed and Katerina the host was very helpful and even provided us umbrellas and towels for the beach. Communication was great, you could contact Katerina for any inquiries you had and she was quick to respond. The location was great as there is a big supermarket close by and a bus stop which could take you to the port or to several popular beaches. The private balcony was a nice addition for relaxing in the day or in the evening. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I definitely recommend this place!

This was such a lovely stay! Katerina was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She greeted us immediately, showed us around the place and even had welcome treats for us◡̈ There was daily cleaning and they even did our dishes! One morning Katerina brought us muffins for breakfast, they were delicious! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a supermarket, and 20 minutes walk into town. Would definitely stay again when in Naxos!◡̈

Very nice modern apartment with small balcony and proper shower. Location was excellent and close to everything! Katerina was one of the nicest hosts and welcomed us with a cake baked by her lovely daughter. We were even treated to fries from homegrown potatoes!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough for several reasons. Firstly Katerina and family are just genuinely lovely people, they do everything from the heart and not from the wallet. Their 9 years old daughter is already a fantastic baker, which we got to try out everyday. As for the room, it’s very clean, spacious and peaceful at night. The location as well is just perfect. You are within short walking distance of one of the island’s main supermarkets and minutes drive away from Chora. Also close to some of the island’s best beaches plaka and Agios prokopios. To really enjoy the island you do need to have transportation in my opinion as there is lots to explore. Thank you very much for looking after us Katerina, all the best to you and your family!
