There are several parking garage at the area. We used the one under the apartment after the recommendation of the owner but it was the most expensive.You could easily choose another one in the same road.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved, and that affected the comfort of the stay.

My stay at CASA VERDE di Giorgio was average. The main positive is its location, as it is close to the port, which was convenient. I rated it a 7 out of 10, mainly because of the good location, but there is room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Convenient location next to Piraeus port. Nice neighbourhood with good food options and very good connection with the Airport via the metro.

The way how to find the key was a little bit challenging as we where very tired, with two kids and took us awhile to concentrate. It was like solving a mistery 😅 Also, a pair of flip flops would be nice to have.

I stayed at Casa Verde di Giorgio for one night with my family to take the ferry to Crete the next day. The equipments were all new and I was able to cook diner for my kids very fast! The bed and pillow were all new and so comfortable. There was hot water, air conditioners, wifi, and everything else you need to feel relaxed.

The only issue was the wifi while was slow but I think we just needed to reboot.

Super close to the post of Piraeus. Giorgio was extremely friendly, supportive and available. The apartment was in a great location for restaurants. We made up the sofa for our daughter. The whole family was very happy.

I wouldn't say this is a 10 min walk to the port. We had booked it so we could walk to our ferry but ended up having to hire a taxi to get us there. We had bags and dogs and it was a very hot day but 10 mins is a bit off. I would say it's more like 20.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The location was very nice for restaurants and very walkable. It was a nice addition to have drinks and snack available to purchase in the fridge.

The fridge is full like in a hotel, with a list of prices, so you don’t have space for your things. If I book an apartment is to have different things than in a hotel, this was a unpleasant surprise. Internet could be better, depending what you need to do.

In general the apartment is ok, with all services that you need. Nothing extra, nothing especial. Good price Owner accepted my request to enter earlier than check in hour

Bedding could be replaced to match, and the bathroom doesn't have any cabinets to place toiletries.

The host Georgio was very nice and helpful. He personally did our transfer pick up. I booked this room for the conviniece accessibility to metro. In my opinion, this is more for a short stay. You get what you pay. Nevertheless, it met our needs to last-minute itinerary changes.

The pull out bed had cushions that moved while trying to sleep. A small but notable detail was the dirty kitchen sponge with dried food bits on it.

The location close to the port was excellent. The updated shower was great. Very good communication with responsive host.

There are some cleaning matters that should be approached with more cautiousness. For example the very comfortable bed with the cozy pillows should be followed with cleaner sheets (stamps etc.). Walking without shoos or slippers was not an option. The toilet even if it was cleaned had some marks that we need to clean and sterilize to feel safe. The closet was big enough with everything that someone might need but dust made its appearance. Generally it was clean. It just need more cautiousness.

The spot was near the market. There was enough space in the apartment. Cozy bed. Good air conditioning. No problem with the boiler whenever we needed hot water. Two tv's connected with the internet to enjoy while relaxing at the sofa.

No hot water. I turned on the switch: 1 hour later, still no hot water. I wrote to the owner and he responded immediately but not with a solution or compensation. Only cold showers during my stay. :/ Also there was a Nespresso coffee machine but no tabs. So.. also no coffee. There was a can of instant cappuccino… that does not qualify as coffee. Cold water and no coffee does not make for a good stay.
