We absolutely loved our stay at Serenità Luxury Suites! The complex is beautiful and, although it’s a bit off the beaten path, the breathtaking views more than make up for it. The cleanliness was flawless, and the facilities were simply amazing – truly five-star quality in every detail! .

Just that you should know that the location is out of the area so it's highly recommended to get a car or your going to have to take taxis everywhere you go (unless you just stay in the hotel)

we really had an amazing time at this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable the hot tub was hot and you do have a view from it (not the best view however there is some). the actual place where the hotel is located is stunning 😍 beautiful scenery and stunning views!!! The staff were really nice (and they gave us late checkout which was a bonus) overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend! The free water delivered every day was a nice touch

The tv in the room had no netflix The place is really far and being there after busy season, the closest bus stop was more than 1 walking hour away, transfers arranged by the hotel and uber is really expensive. Hiring a car is a must. There was no iron in the room but was provided once requested

The drains in our room were a bit smelly. Possibly needs a bit of tending to but other than that no complaints.

The staff are attentive, warm and friendly and are always reachable. Tamta is very helpful and always smiling and is a valued member of the team. Giorgios is a brilliant chef and will be happy to facilitate almost any cuisine you are looking for. Felt like he was our personal chef at times. A very humble and genuine person. Irini was very helpful and always smiling. The rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. The location is stunning with panoramic views across the Caldera.

. Location disadvantages: You need to drive at least 20 to 40 minutes by car to reach famous attractions and activities in santorini and not easily accessible by public transport, so renting a car is a must and can consume a good chunk of your day. . Location disadvantages: While Akrotiri has some amazing caldera and sunset views away from the crowds, it's the most windy part of the island, even in calm weather. Our room was more narrow and elongated, which made the room feel small even though it's a decent size. . Small bathroom, we weren't given a lot of toiletries, but I am sure we would have gotten if we asked. . It should be clearly advertised that you can't easily get sunset views from your room, you need to either stay in an uncomfortable position to see it or go to the pool area which is not a bad option in itself, it just needs to be mentioned more clearily. . Little privacy on the terrace and private hot tub as you can easily see and be seen from other terraces, although you can easily deduce this from the pictures.

Nothing really. Having a proper pod coffee machine in the room rather than a kettle would have been nice. We picked this hotel so as to be away from the really busy places like Oia and Fira, but a car is essential.

The staff were just exceptionally friendly and helpful. One really felt welcome throughout the stay. Special mention for Tamta and Antonios at reception, and George in the restaurant. The cuisine provided by George, who is a master chef, was well beyond what we expected. He had fresh homemade dishes each day. He can even make a breakfast omelette seem special!

Fabulous place to stay, room was immaculate and the staff were amazing. The food and drinks were perfect, more so in my hot tub watching the sunset from my balcony. Couples will love this place. Thank you so much for the hospitality and making me feel like a vip, hope to be back someday. Wish I’d have rented a quad much sooner though already booked several excursions through Viator app which were incredible too.
