Exceptionally clean and beautiful property. All staff were nice and waiter at bar was amazing and went above to make my special needs son food he would eat that wasn’t on the menu and even have him free ice cream for his name day! The jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing.

Unfortunately it was slightly out of the way but I did like that as it was quiet and relaxing and transfers were booked easily by the hotel. There was also a slight odour coming from shower and toilet drains but just kept those doors closed and didn’t bother us.

Gorgeous pool and pool chairs, nice and relaxing for a chill pool day with lovely view. Food in the restaurant was delicious - especially the burger and meatballs! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were travelling for a wedding and just staying 3 nights. Rooms were nice but basic enough. Only fault is the location as it wasn’t in walking distance to anywhere and taxis are very expensive in Santorini. €25 for a 5 minute drive.

It was very clean and modern. The breakfast was also very tasty and the view was excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenità Luxury Suites! The complex is beautiful and, although it’s a bit off the beaten path, the breathtaking views more than make up for it. The cleanliness was flawless, and the facilities were simply amazing – truly five-star quality in every detail! .

Our only suggestion would be to offer a buffet breakfast, which would make the experience even more perfect

Friendly staff, beautiful room. Sensational sunset viewing. Extremely comfortable King size bed. The food was delicious. Great location to relax by the pool after a day sightseeing.

we really had an amazing time at this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable the hot tub was hot and you do have a view from it (not the best view however there is some). the actual place where the hotel is located is stunning 😍 beautiful scenery and stunning views!!! The staff were really nice (and they gave us late checkout which was a bonus) overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend! The free water delivered every day was a nice touch

Just that you should know that the location is out of the area so it's highly recommended to get a car or your going to have to take taxis everywhere you go (unless you just stay in the hotel)

Exclusive beautiful sunset in walking distance. Service team in all areas were very attentive creating a caring atmosphere. Would revisit with the first change.

The best place to have a vacation in Greece is Santorini and in Santorini it’s cape Sisu,I can’t even point out a single flaw in this place and especially the lady Tamta in the front desk helps and guides to make holidays so special Thank you cape sisu team

Staff was nice and the room was clean

We booked the property because of the hot tub that was cold when we arrived. We spoke to the staff and they told us that was the hottest it could get but it was actually cold. We tested it than and let it heat up over the night and than it was warm on the morning. Unfortunately we left in the morning. Very disappointing experience

The tv in the room had no netflix The place is really far and being there after busy season, the closest bus stop was more than 1 walking hour away, transfers arranged by the hotel and uber is really expensive. Hiring a car is a must. There was no iron in the room but was provided once requested

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Loved that we had hot tubs.

Quality of construction and tab water.

Tamta was amazing, made us fewl very welcome, knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is lovely.

Its a little remote, you need to hire a car. I would of loved a greek menu. The food was very catered towards english

Nice calm location away from traffic and tourists. Nice pool and rooms.

Shame the transformer and power lines can’t be buried, gets in the way of the exceptional view.

The iron was very bad

Stunning view of the sea from the room as well as from the hot tub and pool. The staff were very friendly and supper attentive! Tamta, was very helpful with checking-in on our planned activities and also made some great suggestions on possible activities based on our interests.
