Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe wasps around the food were super annoying but not sure you can do much about that. The food was nice but not the best we have had. More classic Greek food like we had in the various tavernas in the area would have been better, to encourage us to eat in the hotel. The breakfast was great though. Coffee from the machine at breakfast wasn’t that good.
The hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious and the pools in every room are lovely for a refreshing dip. The staff were very friendly and fixed any problem or request we had immediately. The breakfast was delicious and the main pool one of the nicest I’ve swam in.

United StatesNothing but ask for a ground floor suite if you have mobility issues.
Beautiful location and layout. Suites have a private patio and plunge pool. Very good restaurant on site. Staff are amazing. Lots of parking. Two minutes drive to Trapeziki beach where new umbrellas and loungers are being installed.

United KingdomIt wasn’t a problem for us, but the nearest restaurants are a 10 minute walk up or down a steep hill. The one down the hill, Denis, is on the beach and we really liked it.
A beautiful hotel, well designed and well equipped. The pool was huge and never crowded in the week we were there. We enjoyed our individual plunge pool.

United StatesOne area for improvement would be the dinner offered by the hotel. The greek salad and sides were great, however we thought the paella could have been better.
We were welcomed with drinks and amazing hospitality. The hotel also allowed us to borrow an umbrella as we went to a nearby beach & restaurant, something that was completely unexpected. Their pool and drink service was wonderful and delicious. Lastly, the spa facilities, especially the massage, were some of the best we've ever had.

United KingdomGreat hotel.. AMAZING pool.. location a little out of the way... but if you do like a walk, there is an amazing locals beach about 30 mins walk away.. St Thomas' Beach. One thing to note is that rooms 601 and 602 are accessible rooms.. we were originally put in one of those... they don't have forest views.. it looks over the entrance driveway of hotel... and the bathroom is a wet room that floods... so unless you require an accessible I would not accept that room... thankfully were moved after one night and they refunded half the cost of the room via our expendables in the hotel. Brilliant restaurant close by called Denis... food really awesome and reasonable.

GreeceThe hotel didn't feel like we were in Greece, everything, from menus to signs to TVs were only in English which is a bit unfortunate for local tourists that do not speak English. There were some power outages which left us without hot water for quite some time.
The meals were very filling and of a very good quality! The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The hotel amenities are very good. I especially liked the gym!

United KingdomThe staff weren’t the best , the food could have been better , the music played during breakfast and all day was awful - screechy teenage pop .Also paying for extra water and coffee pods after the freebies were used was tight given the room rate - could also do with an ATM .
The design and quality of everything is fab and in particular the pool and the view of the mountains- stunning .

United KingdomThe food and drink offering could be refined a little, I.e. serving nuts with drinks from plastic cups. It would be nice if the food and drink selection celebrated the incredible array of local Greek food and wine
Great facilities and location

United KingdomAttention to detail was very evident all the way from the flower pads to the swimming pool to the room itself. All rooms had private swimming pools which were well positioned looking at the forest and having sea views. Their lighting at night was very romantic. Yet this great place was unpretentious. The whole place was modern and very clean. The common pool was very big and it was great for good swim laps. Breakfast had a great selection of fruits, cooked food, nuts, yogourts and they were all fresh and tasting great. Dinners were very good with a good selection of salads, vegetarian, meats, deserts. There were even theme dinner nights like Italian and Greek nights. Service was great and stuff was very polite, helpful, professional. Chris, you were great and the other guy from Agrinio(I am so sorry that I don’t recall your name) was very hard working and professional. All in all, it was a fantastic week.
