We have arrived on the 28th July 2025 at 6pm , I was on my honeymoon with my wife , godparents and their 5 year old son. After a few hours we realized there was no running water at all. We called the host and told us that he is aware there is no water (without mentioning it beforehand). We said we need running water , 5 persons with one not working toilet , no way to shower or anything. He could at least put some water bottles or something as he was aware of this issue. He said we will talk in the morning next day , I texted him at 9am , no reply although he saw the message so we booked another place to stay on the 29th. He replied 12 hours later , at 9:30 pm that the issue was fixed when we were already checked out. We have also talked to some of the neighbors on the first night and they said that for the past 3 years almost daily there is lack of running water and that many guests come for a longer stay but leave after the first night. I have contacted booking.com and talked to 3 booking agents , sent 5 emails with the proof of my conversations with the owner and the video of no running water. Booking called the host and the host said that "the issue was only for a FEW hours" and that he offered a solution which is a complete lie. He also said that he will not refund anything and told me that his accommodation is "different" , yeah maybe different by having no water. Booking believes the owner by only his word and not us who have clear evidence that the owner is lying. So this means anyone can rent a place , make it non refundable and then they say a lie and gets to keep the money. We have paid a little over 1300 EUROS for 5 nights and we want our full refund as the host clearly knew about the lack of water without mentioning it , he lied to booking and to us and I have all the proof necessary to show that he is lying. Worst experience of travel I ever had and I travel all over the world for work. WORST HOST I HAD EVER HAD MET !!!

The apartment is advertised as suitable for five guests, but nowhere was it mentioned that there’s a serious issue with the water supply. During our entire stay, we had almost no running water. Every evening after returning from the beach, there was no way to take a shower – water was only available between 3 and 4 a.m., and even then the pressure was extremely low. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of support or care from the hosts. We tried to contact them several times, but they never picked up the phone or responded to messages. The only reply we received was, “That’s not our problem.” There was absolutely no effort to help, no apology, and certainly no compensation for the inconvenience. It turned out the issue had been known for at least 10 days before our arrival. Locals say this happens every summer during peak season – but none of this was disclosed in advance. The real problem wasn’t just the water, but the hosts’ complete indifference and unwillingness to assist in any way. Be extremely cautious if you're considering booking this place.

Great location near to the beach. Very clean apartment. Apartment equiped very well. Free parking, sunbeds and umbrellas.

Water supply is very bed. At the evening, water pressure is too low and it is not possible to shower. During the day water supply interruption is often because the apartment is on the third floor. We used the shower in the yard at the front of the building and bottles with water what we filled at the morning. Owners should invest on the additional water tank with small pump and provide normal conditions for 21 century. Because this deficiency the grade of the apartment is less because the owners should known for that failure.

The view from the terrace is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable. It is very clean inside and modern, with a private entrance to the beach. It is located within 10-minutes walking distance to the town centre with some shops and restaurants. You have your own sunbeds and umbrellas in the locker for your personal use.

A lamp in the second bedroom (former part of the terrace) would be useful. Some more kitchen stuff would also be nice to have,

Every morning and evening we were on the balcony. The sea view was wonderful. There was everything what we need for beautiful vacation. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find this place. Here you can feel the magic of the country.

The location was the best part.

The apartment had a beautiful view, was in a quiet and convenient location, and included a parking spot. It was just a 10-minute walk to the city center with restaurants and entertainment, and a 20-minute walk to a large supermarket. The owner and his wife were very helpful in answering all our questions, making our stay and vacation enjoyable :)

Perfect location, quiet, phenomenal view

An excellent location for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Everything was according to the specifications on the booking. The host is kind to solve any request.

Location, beachfront, clean and fresh apartment, the host was rensponsive to the questions and we had them, they helped as much as they can. Apartmant is renovated recently, facilities are good, everything is new, parking places are all under the builiding and host helped us to find right socket to charge electric car.

Balkony doors and windows insulation is terrable, so much noise from outside and more important... so much wind, so we were frozen inside, even with AC heating on we had to cover kids over heads to keep them safe. One room has been made from balcony even worse insulated than other bedroom. Maybe at summer AC can help to cool, but on May 1st it was freezing. Apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator, not so good for kids. A lack of communication gave us to situation that we were without the key to get into the building second night. We had gate key, apartment key but not had buidling key, actually we had wrong key, and at that moment nobody was in the building. When we arrived we are lucky and the door was open so nobody expected that some one will lock them.

Everything was perfect...clean with everything you might need as towels, hairdryer... Excellent location...
