The staff was very nice, everyone except the owner. He has a nationalistic outburst the second we stepped at the apartment.

The 2 bedroom apartment is nice and comfortable, only the toilet is a bit small but for few days and for the price I guess its okay. Perfect location if u decide to drive around Sithonia.

The bathroom is very small but the shower pressure is ok and always has hot water.

Chris was very nice and responsive to every one of our requests, to check in earlier and to check in later, thanks again! The apartment is very basic but it has everything you need. It was cleaned and changed sheets and towels after three days. We liked the big refrigerator! The terrace is great, we enjoyed our dinner there. It is located in one of the main streets so has many grocery stores and cafes, and it is not too noisy.

We don't really dislike anything, but we do have a couple of suggestions. Firstly, we think having a coffee machine would be super convenient. Also, while we liked the vintage vibe of the apartment, we think that the electric stove could be replaced. (this one is quite outdated and a little bit malfunctioning: when in use, both stovetops are heating up simultaneously.)

The apartment is located on the main street in Metamorphosis, providing easy access to taverns, minimarkets, and stores while maintaining a quiet atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of Metamorphosis! The apartment was spotlessly clean, albeit a bit narrow and old-fashioned/vintage, but comfortable enough. Both bedrooms had a balcony. Our apartment had a large fridge, which we greatly appreciated. We did have to remind the host about the change of bed linens, but it was taken care of the very next day along with the room cleaning. To be fair, we believe that our request may have already been planned. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help - they are readily available. We could easily communicate with the host through Booking; Chris promptly answered any questions we had before arriving. There are two beaches nearby: a 12-14 minute walk or a 5-minute drive. All in all, we felt comfortable and welcomed at "Chris's apartments", and we had a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. Σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!

Old bathroom and kitchen equipments. There were no staffs for dish cleaning we needed to buy them.

Very nice location. Pets are allowed. Big park for dogs walks is very near to the apartment. Our room had a nice view to the see. Nice atmosphere and the housekeeper is very friendly. Chris has amazing collection from beer glasses. If you have some branded beer glasses, bring it for his collection.

It could use some basic touch ups as the bathroom door didn’t close the whole way and the windows for the terrace were difficult and noisy to open. But these are nitpicks given the value and amazing staff.

Perfect location and value for the money. Very friendly staff. Has air con and terrace with openable tent for shade. Ample options for parking around the building.

There was nobady for check in when we arrived, waithing the host for abaut 1 hour. Small bathroom but there was evrything you need.

The beds were a bit hard and squeaky. There was an unwashed tray in the oven.

The host was nice and responded to my messages on time. There was a view of the sea from the balcony. The accomodation is located on the main street of Metamorfosi so all the shops, restaurants, etc. are nearby. There was always free street parking nearby. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities.

The problem was a parking, because around the building always busy. It is a little further from the beach.

The apartman is spacious, it has a two terraces. The cleanliness is at the level. The host is cordial.

First of all, they are liars. There are not private parking. They will tell you to park on the street or between trees, where are potholes. Also definetly you can hit your car because of the potholes, you can check the pictures. You are just lucky if you find a parking spot on the street. Two days in a row, all day long we had not hot water and it is impossible to take a shower. And not least the host was knocking on my door at 10 AM to leave the apartment, even if the checkout is between 11 - 11:30 AM. I am considering this extremly rude after all the lies about parking and no hot water. Maybe you are sleeping, preparing for a long drive. Also, it is your right to leave around 11 - 11:30 if you need, as they mentioned on the Booking website. You have much better options in this price. Keep your money safe.

The stay was good, but the host was rude, he shouted at us. As soon as we arrived and said we were Macedonians, he started bringing up politics and arguing with us

Avoid this place.

Avoid this place at all costs. They never answer if you contact them via booking, they don't read any notification sent from booking and it will be very difficult to get information before the arrival since they don't really speak English. They will yell at you if you call them saying that you have to call later. I didn't enjoy the stay. Avoid this place if you prefer to enjoy your holliday.

We loved the place! Location is nice, great starting point for trips all over Halkidiki. The apartment is modest but with everything you need, and we love that kind of places! The owner is very friendly. We would definitely return! For more time, not just 3 days.
