Not much to criticize - maybe the inside shower could to with a curtain, but we showered outside mostly to wasn’t a real problem

The property was perfectly located - a minute of walking to the beach and taverna, right next to a quiet coffee shop and contained all the necessary equipment to make it a wonderful self catering experience. The outside area - veranda and deck were perfect.

We had a perfect stay at Maria’s place in Chrisopigi, Sifnos. How can you ask for a better location? Quiet, steps from a more local sand beach (one of two of our favourite sand beaches on the island- the other being Paralia Platis Gialos (9min away)), next to a coffee shop, an amazing Tavern and 15mins away from Apollonia, a small town with restaurants, shops, and a nightlife. The place itself is clean and well maintained by Maria, who is hands on and has excellent attention to detail. She was extremely accommodating, responded to us quickly when we had questions and gave amazing recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The easy parking next to the place made it so convenient for us to explore the island and not have to worry about having a spot at the end of the day. It was our first time visiting a Greek Island, and this place made it difficult to want to go anywhere else. The outdoor shower is a bonus, and made it easier for someone from our group of 4 to use the washroom while someone else was showering (we just hung some beach towels infront for extra privacy). The washing machine and drying rack were also extremely convenient and the private patio with a table in chairs was amazing for breakfasts! Thank you so much maria & family, we cannot wait to return as soon as possible!

Everything was perfect! The house, the location, the terrace, the outside shower❤️❤️❤️, the little kitchen, the beach nearby, the little path to walk to Faros to get bread, the perfect coffee at the pretty and easy going cafe just next door(too bad it opened only at 11am)… my wish? To come back nxt year! Thank you!

Maria met us at the bus stop in Platys Gialos and drove us to the accommodation as we did not have our own transport. She and husband, Alberto, are so kind and helpful. Her communication was absolutely outstanding and we were very grateful after a long journey. The house was well appointed and very clean and tidy. There were spare pillows and she also left a "welcome" pack for a breakfast which was great. Nothing was too much trouble and she was lovely. We would strongly recommend this house.

We couldn't find anything to dislike, if we really should say something, maybe the garden could use some love and care.

A very cute house at only 100m from the beach. We where a bit afraid for noise so close to the beach, but it was very calm and quiet, especially in the evening and morning. Everything is clean and very well equipped. The owner is nice and the neighbors (and family) from the coffee bar are also very pleasant people, they also have very good coffee 😊. Overal a superbe expérience!

What a fantastic location !! 2 minutes walk to a lovely quiet beach and a fantastic taverna right on the waters edge. The 2 little houses are gorgeous and have a beautiful shared garden with BBQ and big table. Really special place x

This is a magical place, the houses are like in a fairytale and they are spotless clean. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding new. The kitchen is large and well equipped (cooker, kettle, big new fridge-freezer, blender, pots and pans, and some lovely ceramics). New bathroom, hot water with great pressure 24/7. Lovely outside sitting area under some vines. There is a garden between the houses with a barbeque place, a big table, chairs and sunbeds, a tap and sink next to the barbeque. Next door is an excellent coffee place, Way Cup Roaster, they serve various kinds of coffee as well as a very nice variety of snacks. The beach is literally a few steps away and it is a quiet type of a beach you will find a lot of space for yourself on. There is a family owned and run restaurant on the beach serving local food (yum!) It is a perfect place for those tired of an unnatural speed, noise and chaos of a big city. Sea waves and cicadas will sing you a lullaby in the evening and the birds will make you smile in the morning. It is a quiet place but well connected by bus with other places on the island, there is also a picturesque path leading from the beach to Faros. The owners are very warm, welcoming and helpful people. They respond immediately and offer assistance if you need it (I know what I'm talking about, I had some health issues during my stay here). We felt very much taken care of!!! This is a kind of place you feel sad to be leaving and you want to come back to.
