We had the most amazing stay here and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! Our studio room had everything we needed – comfortable furniture, AC, TV, hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every room also comes with a lovely balcony where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness. The room was cleaned every single day, with fresh sheets and towels, and it always smelled so nice when we came back. The owner, Theodora, and the cleaning lady work so hard, and it truly shows. Everything was always perfect. The whole property is beautiful – surrounded by greenery, with a spotless swimming pool, a billiards pool for playing, plenty of comfy sunbeds, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Parking was also very convenient. But what really makes this place special is the owner. She is such a kind, welcoming, and hardworking person. We were genuinely sad when it was time to leave. This was the best week, and I’m so grateful we stayed here. If you’re considering it – don’t hesitate, just book it!

The location is a bit tricky. The house is up the hill, so be prepared for some uphill walking, and the nearest beach is about a 20–25 minute walk away (and it’s not the easiest to get to). If you have a car, though, it’s super convenient — just about a 5-minute drive to a nice, accessible beach. We did have a couple of issues during our stay (electricity and toilets not flushing), but everything was fixed very quickly — within the same day. So overall: not the best if you want to walk to the beach every day, but if you have a car, it’s a really good spot

The lady and her mother was really nice and friendly. We can feel is was a family hotel and is was really lovely. The cleaning lady come every day and everything is really clean. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool was wonderful and really really clean. The room with the balcony on the swimming pool is really nice.

The only downside I would say is that the shower is a little bit small. And the hotel is on an off road, so without a car you need a good walk to go buy some elements or to the beach.

Outside area felt extreme spacious. We often had the beautiful pool to ourselves. Plenty of sunbeds and shade and lots of seating areas. Theodora was an amazing host who was helpful and caring. The whole place was spotless. Apartment was very well appointed and we were very comfortable there.

The room where has amazing view was big and clean. Cleaned everyday. The pool is good and enough. Enjoyed to be there.

There is no building near the place and road needs maintance. İt could be a problem to reach there without a car.

The rooms were clean and the views were great! I would recommend renting a vehicle as the main beaches, Corfu Town and other attractions are at least a couple of miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was very clean and well-equipped, with everything you need – including - air conditioning. The balcony offered a fabulous view. Swimming pool was really nice with sunbeds (transats) Overall, a great place to stay with a peaceful and unbeatable view. We highly recommended!

This is a charming small house with a pool located at the top of a hill, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is absolutely wonderful – kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time away from the city.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and included everything we needed.

We enjoyed the apartment (full-furnished and with a nice balcony) and the pool at sunset. Also, the location was really quiet and with a wonderful view; at the same time, it was close to the main streets. Parking is free and always available. The service includes the daily cleaning of the entire room, including bedsheets and stoves, and the borrowing of sun-umbrellas.

Booked Xristina's Apa for one night and it was the best decision ☺️ We got a very warm welcome from Xristina's mother, who is taking care of the place. Lovely lady, always with a smile 😊 This place is remote enough to find peace and relaxation, but close enough (by car) to beach and restaurants. The views from rooms and pool are amazing, you can see and hear the nature arround you. Sunset is beautiful 😍 at the pool. For the price we got, this was the best deal we had in our vacation. If you have a rental car, stay here, don't wast money on worse choices. Here you have all you need.

The bad part was the fact that I only stayed one night 😄 Felt like staying a couple of more. Ahah

Nice calm place with a beautiful view to the mountains and sunset. Good pool also with a beautiful view. Very sweet housekeeper :)

A bit aside from the busy area of Gouvia, but it is also a plus - it makes the place very calm.

The staff is very nice and helpful, they gave us juice and a bottle of water when we arrived and provided us with clean towel and allowed us to stay at the pool until the time of the check-in. The lady also gave us a small gift when we were living but unfortunately we didn’t have enough luggage to take it with us. Very nice gesture!

The location is not the best. Having a car or scooter is a must to see different parts of the island because the bus is not the best as it’s not always on time. The place is in a high hill and the way has some abandoned buildings with no lights at night so not recommended for girls or even guys to walk. Again, I suggest to rent a car. The center is around 20-30 min away with the bus and cost 2.50 euros

If it's Corfu, then only the X apartments. Nice place, well-kept environment. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is good. Daily cleaning, towel change. Mineral water daily. Pool is nice. The host is kind, flexible and helpful. Numbered parking for each apartment

Microwave oven would be usefull in the kitchen.
