The only downside was the poor sound insulation — you can hear everything from the hallways while you’re in the room.

Our impressions of the hotel are mostly positive. It has a nice atmosphere, the room was spacious, with a large terrace. Very clean. The housekeeping ladies cleaned the floors, made the beds, and changed the towels every day — and they were incredibly kind and friendly! There was entertainment every evening, and the hotel has everything you need, so you don’t really have to leave the resort unless you want to. The food was okay — it didn’t change much from day to day, but there’s usually something you’ll enjoy.

The polite staff, the food was very tasty and various. Precise timing for breakfast and dinner. The animation team was oustanding, special thanks to Silwya, Soso and Enzo. Very friendly, funny and polite. The cleaning service was very fast and kind. The beach is close, by car exactly 1 min, by walk 7-8 min. The market in front of the hotel have everything what you need. The van for the transportaion to Pefkochori was very precise and helpful. All in one, clean 10 of 10. Hope to see you again soon!

There are a lot of sharp corners around the resort and one of the kids hit the head. Even though food and drinks are free they are medium quality.

Lots of activities and staff is amazing! Well done for the work keeping the resort running well. The evening shows for kids are very good and kids enjoyed. There are plenty of beaches within 5-10mins of walking or driving.

We were in the renovated rooms which was great only the wardrobe had no shelves and only a rack with 7 hangers which is very inconvenient when it comes to putting baby clothes or things like tshirts so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. Food was amazing, just we wished there was some grilled fish not only cooked in sauce and in general it would be nice to have baby food that is not cooked with salt or sugar because there are a lot of families with babies and it's a pity to have to bring purees in a jar. Cocktails are probably not what you expect because they are premade mixers they only add alcohol but it wasnt a problem for someone who doesn't care for alcohol that much.

The place is super clean and nice, staff is great, the food is really good especially tomatoes and cucumbers and the baklava! It was really nice that the chef boiled eggs for a longer period for our baby! The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are always some games happening throughout the day. Also definitely take advantage of the 10% discount in Bakalis restaurant and the free shuttle! We had a problem with the aircondition but it was immediately taken care of! Also i'm amazed that the minimarket has very normal prices and there is everything you probably need

We didn't like that the breakfast was the same every day. They could have made some pancakes or waffles for a change - they have the additional stove for that but they used it only for making eggs. There was fish and seafood every day for lunch and dinner but the fish was never cooked well - dry and no taste, despite the dressings they served it with. Potatoes and rice were also never cooked well. They did not have many fruits - we were expecting melon, watermelon, pineapple but maybe it was early in the summer and they didn't have it yet? Also, the distance from the beach was way too far but this is something that we knew. What we didn't know was that there were no dedicated sunbeds for the hotel and actually, you go to the beach and you should either use some of the sunbeds that belonged to the beach bars (and most of them were not open at this time of the year) or you should bring your own umbrella and chairs. We somehow thought that we were not supposed to bring our own umbrellas when we were going to a 4* hotel but this is what it is.

We liked the resort very much - very nice, clean, beautiful flowers and trees. The main pool is not very big and the water is not heated but the second pool is very deep, so not ok for children. The bed in the room was very comfortable, even the sofa was comfortable to sleep on - the first time I slept on a comfortable sofa bed ever. The supermarket that is right in front of the resort is also very convenient - you can find everything you need there. The staff was very nice and polite as well. Overall, a very nice place to stay if you plan not to move anywhere outside of it because everything is too far. It would also be a good idea to have some small bus to take people to the beach in the morning and bring them back at noon or something like that.

There were always flies in restaurant. That bothered us. Guests need to be very careful of slippery ground in bar area, swim pool and stairs. I was almost fell down a couple of times because of slippery ground.

We stayed in end of summer season, not so crowded with good price. We got free upgrade again to Suite which is comfortable and clean. Thank Chrousso village. Friendly staffs—we were surprised that restaurant manager, bar manager, room clean ladies and Thodoris recognized us immediately and warm greeting us. This was 4th time to stay in hotel and there is always something new and improved in Hotel( hotel review in booking.com from 7,9 in the beginning to 8,6 scores now). In Restaurant, they provide new live cook area to grill fish, chicken and cook eggs. I am surprised they offer whole fish first time. There are some new cocktails in bar all inclusive menu. We were happy to taste new ones. Overall we enjoyed to stay in Chrousso Village. I recommend guests can book in begin or end of summer to get lower price and more pleasant without crowded people.

The hotel is suitable for families with children. There is a beautiful garden, swimming pool, good entertainment team, Italian restaurant with delicious pizza. The beach is sandy and clean. There are nice beach bars, but the price is a bit higher.
