We had the most wonderful stay at the Coco Mat BC! Highly recommend. The staff are extremely accommodating, the breakfast was incredible with so many options and the location was great. We would definitely go back!

Great stay! Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, expansive breakfast with lots of traditional Greek dishes, extremely walkable to the Acropolis, Plaka, and Monistiraiki, and conveniently located right next to the metro station. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable walking everywhere, and in the heart of central Athens. I debated this hotel versus a hotel with a pool, but was glad I went with this hotel. I didn't have time for a pool (or deal with the reservations, music, etc.). Instead, I had a nice private balcony facing the main street to enjoy a drink or read a book on in the evenings.

It is very disappointing that the roof is closed. It is out of the hotels control but I hope one day it can be reopened. The other thing that we did not like was that all the breakfast food was cold. The food is not kept in warmers so eggs and other items are all cold. It was a beautiful spread of food items, some of which are delicious cold but others were not as appetizing at that temperature.

The property is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location to easily walk to the Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Plaka, and so much more. It is very close to an Athens Metro stop as well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms feel luxurious.

It's a beautiful hotel, always busy, very wide. Reception, dinning and sitting areas are very beautifully designed. Very welcoming hotel with super high energies, My pet also loved it:-)

The bed was incredible - felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I only stayed overnight before heading to the airport, but I genuinely wished I had more time to enjoy it. The location was also perfect - just a quick walk to tons of cafes, restaurants, and everything else. The breakfast options were great, and their coffee was phenomenal!

CocoMat was a comfortable, relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was very nice with a great view of the Acropolis. The Bed was comfy and the linen and towels first class. If we were ever back in Athens we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

The common area did not have great AC and the standard rooms were small for 2 people, but were good for one person for sure.

Great location! I stayed here in 2022 and really enjoyed the rooftop. After booking, the hotel sent an email saying the rooftop is permanently closed and will never reopen, which was sad. However, the location is really good, the elevators were big, and the breakfast was good.
