We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyAs location way a bit far from the other side that wanted to see the most. But you can use transportation.
Everything was new and well decorated. Having your own pool it’s privileged. Owner is very helpful with everything you need even if it’s not related with property. They helped me about transportation.They are giving you some snacks water even when you finished they are refilling. Room also very clean.

AustraliaWe only stayed 1 night out of a 3 week tour of the Greek islands, but wish we could have stayed longer. It is a super new and well furnished apartment. Really nice and cozy vibe with all the amenities we could ask for including the private pool and a little table outside on the balcony to eat breakfast and admire the view. The bed was also the most comfortable one we slept in throughout our vacation. Christopher left us little cakes, jello, and bottled water for us for breakfast, but there was a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook something a little more substantial. Christopher went above and beyond with service. He was quick to respond to any messages we sent him, even late into the night. Our flight got into Santorini at 1AM and lost one of our pieces of luggage so were delayed at the airport. Chris helped organize to have a driver waiting for us upon arrival and was there waiting to greet us at the door when we finally got to the hotel at around 2AM. He also helped organize with the airport to have the missing luggage delivered to the hotel the next morning. Absolutely impressed with the service. Cheers Chris.

United KingdomChris was an amazing host, to quick to respond whenever I needed anything and also he sorted out my taxi’s whenever I needed to go out which wasn’t his responsibility but he did anyway. Such a kind person, he recommended good restaurant the food was perfect. Hospitality is 10/10. I’m definitely using Commercio suite again and again. Perfect location, friendly owner, clean and beautiful house exactly what the picture looks like. Hospitality was great. 10 out of 10.

PolandSometimes there is a problem with hot water and there is no big pot, spoons and bowls.
The property was in great style, really clean and comfortable to stay for couple. The apartment is well equipped, the host provides cosmetics, an iron, an ironing board and slippers which is so nice. The host always is ready to help with everything what you need and the service is soo lovable. Definitely recommend that place!
