Condillia II is a great place to stay. It is very well situated, very close to 2 great restaurants and several very nice coffee/brunch places. Also 3min walk to the stop for the bus that takes you to Vrellos and Ligoneri beaches. The hotel is very clean and confortable. It was great to have a nice balcony. Last but not least, Katerina, the owner, is an amazing host. She is very welcoming, has a lot of suggestions, answers willingly your questions etc. I had a great time and will definitely come back there! Thank you for everything Katerina!! :)

Wonderful Host, Peaceful Stay Our stay in Spetses was truly special, thanks in large part to Katerina, the owner of the property. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful—like an old friend you've known for years. Her hospitality really made a difference. The location of the property is also great. It's about a 15-minute walk from the port, which we saw as a big advantage—it meant our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a sea-view room and the balcony was amazing. Every evening after the beach, we enjoyed our wine while watching the sunset and feeling the gentle breeze. At night, we’d sit out and watch the stars—and even some shooting stars. It was pure peace. The place is not super luxurious or flashy, but it’s absolutely sufficient and comfortable for a pleasant stay. A small kitchenette would have been a great addition, but we managed just fine without it. There’s also a fantastic restaurant just 2 minutes away on foot, and nearby you’ll find cute bars, cafés, a bakery, and a small market. If you don't want to rent a scooter or ATV, there’s a minibus stop 2 minutes away that takes you to the beaches for just €2 each way. In short, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again. Katerina played a big role in making our experience so memorable.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had (and I have travelled a lot). I was greeted in the door by the hostess with a plate of perfectly chilled watermelons, making me feel instantly at welcome and comfortable. My room was lovely, clean and spacious, and the exterior is very picturesque with whitewashed walls and beautiful flowers covering every archway. The location is also perfect, as it was a 5-10 minute walk from the city center and a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach (and several more within a 5 min walking distance). But what made this stay so spectacular was the genuine warm hospitality of the hostess herself. She was very helpful in anything I could possibly want assistance with, from “where can I find really well-made Eggs Benedict’s nearby” to “I can’t seem to get hold of a quad!” (in response to my latter side-comment, she promptly got me reserved a quad the next day at a good rate, to be picked up at my convenience). She kept me informed of not just best places for dinner/drinks/local attractions, etc, but also of festivals for the locals (I was the only tourist I saw at the celebration, despite the island otherwise being quite full of visitors), classical music concerts, and anything else you can imagine that went to taking my stay in Spetses to a whole other level. I was always welcome to sit down and relax in the yard with her and the family (which all are lovely people), and the hostess mastered the art of showing so much hospitality and warmth without ever being the slightest bit imposing. I could go on enough to make a small essay, but I believe it sufficient to say: The graciousness of the hostess at the Condillia 2 managed to take my dream vacation in paradise to a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Had a lovely stay here with my friend. Katarina our host was lovely and gave lots of great tips on places to visit. Location was perfect, very peaceful and a short walk to the nearest beach. The views from our terrace were amazing. Lots of bars close by. Highly recommended 😊
