2 of our showers didn’t have hot water so was uncomfortable to use. Did ask for help at reception but were told the water temperature was set so “should be ok”, think due to our checkin issues we weren’t looked after as well as we could have been and they didn’t send anyone to check our issue. As we were only 2 nights we didn’t bother asking again & suffered it.

We had a room with a Mountain View that didn’t have updated furniture (not the end of the world) Unable to provide pool towels, (we’d travelled light, but again not the end of the world) lots of wasps when food and drink around, would have been good to have seen them actively trying to tackle this.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Only a short walk from the hustle and bustle, but far enough away that you didn’t hear it. Sun loungers were super comfy and plenty of them to go around. Friendly staff and every clean.

Noise level - depending on the section of the hotel, the noise level can be unbearable. Echo from voices in the hallways, closing doors etc. If you can sleep with earplugs, then you should.

Loved the pool area and poolside bar and restaurant. Staff were so friendly. The room we had involved dragging luggage up and down spiral staircases which proved difficult . Some improvements in the room could be implemented. The hair dryer was very old fashioned 1970's style . The linen on bed seemed too small for bedsize. Phone in room didn't work even though we reported it. Nor did the key for the safe. All small things I know but these things all added up to inconvenience for us. Overall the vibe at hotel was great otherwise. Oh and they have Greek night with young Greek dancers who fully involved the crowd. A beautiful Greek BBQ was offered this night also. Probably the highlight of stay.

Breakfast offer. Size of the bathroom too small.

Breakfast a bit poor. Coffee quality low, fruits nor ripe enough. Egg dishes not very good. What made the moment is the terrace where breakfast can be eaten.

Breakfast was from 7 to 10, but last day we came by 7.40 and almost the products were still missing (better tell that breakfast is from 8 to 10 😁). Parking is quite small, but it is not difficult to find places on the road. Swimming pool was a bit humid and wetty all around.

Position is near the centre of Argassi; swimming is very good, the room always cleaned (every day) and well structured. Breakfast full of typical products and other beautiful things. The dinner organized by the hotel (Greek night, Italian night, ecc) are full of emotions and a plus that nobody has.

The shower room was tiny and the drain of the shower clogged or didn’t drain properly so tended to flood the bathroom. Opportunities to provide storage were missed - bedside tables without shelves or drawers, console table without storage, so there was a little less storage than necessary. We chose to be at the back of the building so it would be quiet but our room was off the main landing so noisy at night and there is a sofa there which even encourages people to stop for a chat in the middle of the night. Luckily we were out late apart from the first night so it only really bothered us that first night.

The 3 bed house was just what we needed however the beds were uncomfortable compared to ours at home and the air con was hit and miss. Not major gripes.

There is no beach near the hotel. I think that this is the only downside.

There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. It is really close to the airport. The room was clean The personal of the hotel was very kind. The breakfast was very good and every day was somthing new in the menu.

I think the location of the accommodation is the best possible in Zakynthos, of course it depends on who has what needs. In Argasi,, everything is close, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel is very cozy, very comfortable, the pool, the restaurant are very demanding, the breakfast is perfect, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is very helpful, everyone is kind.

The inter-connecting twin room is very small, but the two bathrooms were decent so helped save time in the mornings.

Breakfast was simple but enough considering the weather. There was lots of variety which helped change it up every day. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and made our stay better because of their hospitality. In the immediate area, there is lots to do, there are great food options, activities, and places that are open till late. The pool is a good size, and was never overcrowded while the bar offered amazing food and drinks.

The bath towels could have been bigger and the orange juice at breakfast could have been fresh but that's about it really. Generally very good.
