Regarding your comments on the towels and bathroom cleanliness, we sincerely apologize if this did not meet your expectations. To clarify, as indicated on the information board in each room, towels are changed every second day as part of our eco-friendly initiative, which aims to reduce water and energy consumption. However, we completely understand that some guests may prefer more frequent towel changes, in such cases, fresh towels can always be requested directly at the reception and we are always happy to accommodate such requests. We will also take your feedback on the bathroom cleanliness seriously and work with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough attention to detail in the future. Regarding the room view, we understand that it did not fully align with what you had anticipated. We encourage guests to request specific room allocations based on their preferences whenever possible and we will do our best to accommodate these requests. The issue with the window and door is concerning. There is a sticker above the lock indicating that the key card must be used to properly close the door. We advise against slamming the door, as this can damage both the door and the surrounding wall. We appreciate your feedback on this matter and will ensure that this information is clearly communicated to prevent any confusion in the future. We are also aware of the Wi-Fi connectivity issues you experienced. Our maintenance team is actively working to address these problems and improve the service for our guests.
