Kinda old and needed to be updated, shower sprayed everywhere and wasn't easiest bathroom to keep clean for us or the maid

…….the only thing that was disappointing was not having fresh milk at breakfast, especially as there was a super market right next door.

The room was basic, the bed was very hard (however this in Greece and what you tend to find).

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and communication before, during and after was fantastic. We could leave are bags after check out till it was time to walk to the ferry. Breakfast was very reasonable. The view from the balcony across the harbour was beautiful. Lots of shops/restaurants closeby.

Well the hotel sits on the corner of the waterfront in Naxos close to many restaurants ,shops, etc and is prone to loud music blasting out all summer. So something to be aware of. And lasting well into the early hours.

We stayed in room 302,a side room with a view of the town, and the harbour. It was reasonably furnished but beginning to look dated and in need of a refurbishment soon. The beds were comfortable enough and all in all the accommodation met our needs..

Very basic, could have used a kettle at least, missed opportunity for those who like to drink tea on the balcony in the mornings Theres only 1 plug socket that can be used. The only other plug socket was literally high up in the wall next to the front door…. You cant charge anything on it because it would literally dangle, very pointless second plug. Balcony is smaller than i expected and no privacy, but it was good enough for me and the basic fencing around separating the balconies meant my view wasnt disrupted, so whilst theres no privacy persay, its not a huge turn off either, views are worth it Handing in your key to reception every time you go out is a bit weird and didnt feel overly secure, every time i came back a different person was working, whose to say someone else cant just pick my key up and go into the room, no one asked to confirm who i was and if that key belonged to me and my room

Location was amazing! I don’t think you can get anymore central… Port at your doorstep and the beach 5 minutes down the road which has more bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets the balcony view was exactly what was promised, amazing Sunset views and view of the port and Temple of Apollo Bed was big and comfy, couldn’t complain and a fridge in the room came in handy for my cold snacks and drinks Hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner/soaps offered which was nice too

We had 3 people it was quite small room and one bed was extra which was a bit uncomfortable (maybe older mattress). Otherwise everything was fine and staff really helpful

new rooftop bar nearby produces some nice party noise up to 3a.m. but windows closed get most of it blocked

Bird poo on the balcony. Shower needs fixing, but didn't ruin my stay...you can still shower just doesn't stay up in the correct position.

Fantastic staff, great location, it suited me perfectly. The hotel is a little tired, hence the price....also there is a problem with pigeons that mess the balcony. Sea view and port view and sunset were amazing. I was out so much it didn't bother me and the bed was soooo comfortable. I think this is a fabulous place, obviously noisey as you are at the port near all the local bars etc....but why let that bother you...it was wonderful!!!

Facilities in the room were pretty basic. The beds looked like they were 50 years old. The pigeons roost by the balcony so it can be noisy.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, some great restaurant and location recommendations. Breakfast was interesting and varied but in the sister hotel. €10/day cash seemed reasonable.

This Year my first night was in a corner room which was not clean,bird mess all over balcony and despite website guarantee there was no soundproofing. I had a miserable sleepless night. I had complained at once but had to wait until next day for a better room. It spoiled my experience and took shine off Hotel for me.Disappointing for a frequent guest!

Room facilities will benefit from some modernisation but are adequate.

The location is outstanding - one of the best in the Cyclades. A glorious view over the promenade and harbour to the strait between Naxos and Paros, especially good at sunset. Helpful and firendly staff.

Bit noisy from swing bar opposite but we embraced the free music after all we were on holiday 😀 Perhaps a kettle in the room.

The only complaint I have is that the shower was extremely small making it very difficult to shower in.

The hotel is somewhat dated and perhaps a little drab but it has some authenticity about it. Bathroom very small and very dark. For the price it is fine.

Well located if wanting to be central, bear in mind inevitable noise but with balcony door closed we had no problem. Friendly greeting. Room ready on arrival at 1pm. Comfortable mattress on bed. All perfectly clean. Breakfast perfectly adequate for charge of 10 euros.
