Big and cozy apartment, very well equipped with some extras for kids. The host made sure that we have extra coffee capsules, washing detergent and there was a package of cookies waiting for us. We were travelling with a baby and the host provided many children books and toys which was amazing! There’s an AC in both living room and bedroom which was great because the apartment is a penthouse and heats up very quickly. The bathroom was great, with washing machine, same for kitchen with many useful devices. The host provided a baby cot and bedding plus baby feeding chair which was super helpful. The bed on the bedroom was very big and comfortable. The apartment has a massive rooftop terrace which can be accessed from every room and is great to watch sunset, hang out and dry clothes very quickly in the strong sun. The view is amazing, with mountains on one side and the port on the other. The location is superb, just few meters from a promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants. The communication with host and accessing the apartment went all very smoothly. Definitely worth recommending.

The lifts in the building are very tiny. As family, we always had to take both lifts to go up. It’s hard to find parking spot nearby the building as this is a very lovely part of the city.

Host communicated extremely well and was accommodating. Detailed instructions were provided. Apartment was nicely decorated and spacious. Extra sheets and towels were provided. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

It's right off a main street so it gets quite loud with traffic and music all night long. If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the place.

Splendid apartment, very clean, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located on the seashore, and the huge terrace offers a view of both the sea and the Pelion Mount. Situated on the main street, many shops and restaurants are very close. Very good communication with the host, with promptly answers to our requests. We will come back with great pleasure!

Great apartment with huge terrace on the corner, with view at the sea on your left side and on your right side is downtown. Apartment nicer than on photos. You will find everything you need for pleasant stay. Clean, new, comfortable, modern with all nice details and useful book about Pelion. Also, you can find garage nearby, very easy. You will enjoy in Volos, modern town with a lots of taverns, bakeries, cafes, restaurants with traditional offer Tsipouro and meze, nice beaches. Dimitris will be at your disposal, but he will not disturb you. Great apartment on the best location in Volos! Thank you Dimitris for your hospitality! Hope we will come again!

Very clean and cozy. Perfect location with a nice seaview and very close to Volos seaside. Just a few minutes walk to the centre.

Closeness to central roads with a lot of traffic, this results to a bit of traffic noise that can be heard inside the apartment.
