Some facts for whoever might be interested in more information: There was no reception, no host present, and we only saw the cleaning ladies. These are just individual rooms in a building that has many different rooms under different names, all operating separately, pretty much like an Airbnb, with keypads with passcodes for you to get your key and enter your room. This wasn't clear to me when I booked it. The photos led me to believe the whole building was one business and that it was going to be similar to a hotel. I didn't know I wasn't going to see anyone in person once there. The owner communicated with us via Viber and not through Booking chat, which was not ideal since I could have missed the message if it got flagged as spam/unknown. The owner also asked for a photo of my ID through Viber.

The room was clean and it had towels, extra toilet paper, a smart TV, looked like the pictures, and always had hot water. We didn't have any trouble with the other rooms or any noise, and the location was quiet and safe. Our request for an early check in was accommodated as much as was possible and we appreciated that.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is near to the center (about 5 minutes walk) and near to the beach as well. The apartment was in very good condition, clean and new. We will 100 percent recommend staying here if you are planning to visit the city.

Englanti The apartment offered excellent value for money. Everything was new, spotlessly clean and stylish. A couple of minutes walk to restaurants, shops etc. Yet really peaceful. Beautiful beach about 10 minutes. The apartment's swimming pool was fantastic. The owner was helpful and answered questions super quickly. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation in this area.

The apartment was superbly furnished, having everything you would need, from a small kitchen with all thats necessary for making a meal to a fan for hair and iron for your clothes.The apartment was even better live than from the pictures, cleanliness was on high level. The balcony was spacious. The host was super helpful and pleasant. I reccomend it to everyone 11/10

I’m not sure about the door lock, the key didn’t seem to turn correctly to lock securely but there was a door bolt so I was happy enough.

Was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Didn’t use the pool. Modern decor, had everything you could want, spare pillows and blankets etc. very helpful owner

Everything was great. The studio is very nice. Both the description and the photos correspond to reality. It has an ideal location, close to the center and the beach. We felt very comfortable. Manager Ilias is very friendly and helpful. During our stay, he was interested in us via whats up, if everything was okay. The stay met our expectations. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

The only downside was the lack of a foot towel. Using a face towel for that purpose isn't ideal.

During our visit to Halkidiki, we stayed at CubeStudio21 for five nights. We arrived late, and the host contacted us in advance to provide instructions on how to get the keys. We really liked the apartment; everything was modern and neat, with a small kitchen, though we didn't use it. Thoughtful details like floor candles (which were very charming) and a mosquito repellent were provided. The host was very attentive. Although we never met in person, he constantly checked in to see if we needed anything or if he could help.

We had a really nice stay and even though Miltos (our host) was abroad he replyied very quickly to our questionsand even helped us find some nice restaurants to eat. The room is quite big, there is AC and a big balcony.
