The only thing we would add would be a full length mirror so you can see your outfits before you go out. We also had a bit of a problem with the air in the room as we could not really sleep with the door open and the air got really bad/damp during the night. In the last couple of days we had to keep the door open but we didnt feel safe as anyone could walk in. But it was fine :)

The location was good (in the center but still private), the views amazing and the host was really nice! The housekeeper was nice as well and would ask us every day if we needed anything. The jacuzzi was nice and the terace big.

It is not a problem of the structure, but the town pf Thira is crowded and full of restaurant down the hotel and unfortunately you can smell what they cook

Everything was just lovely! Clean room and towels everyday, and the view and location was perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures! but the best part was our host Danae, she did such a good job, helped us with food recommendations, things to do, the bus schedule etc.

There was a constant puddle of water right outside the front door and along the seats outside (possibly from the pool).It meant we then brought the wetness into the apartment & to be honest it was a bit of a slip hazard. Also only half of the front door would open which meant that you couldn’t avoid the pool of water every time you went in & out of the apartment .

Hot tub not connected to the room which wasn’t obvious in the listing. Also the hot tub wasn’t very clean so we didn’t end up using it. There were no outside windows. Because of this, it was very dark and no natural light. The entrance door had shutters but they open to a shared hallway, not ideal.

Things need a little update. my mom thinks the bed is uncomfortable I thought it was alright. Communication is on the slower side but the restaurant above (connected to) were very friendly and helpful, they helped us called and figured out which room we are staying in

In the heart of Fira, 5mins away from bus stop, cable car to old port. Very nice view (especially sunset). Spacious bathroom.

We booked the suite mainly for the hot tub, but the water was cold and never was warm. I contacted the front desk and was told someone would come take a look, but no one ever showed up. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t use it at all. It was extremely disappointing especially since the hot tub was the main reason we chose this suite. This definitely affected our overall experience.

While this might be considered ‘cheaper’ for Santorini, we don’t necessarily feel it was good value for money. There was no breakfast provided, no tea, coffee or washing up liquid provided (despite having a small kitchenette and plates/cups to make your food). The pool was awesome, and the view was lovely - however there is a large roof and chimney (not in the nice Cycladic style) right in the way of the view. The staff were friendly on check in but were not around (nor responsive after checkin) to answer questions or help when we needed it.

The Caldera Bliss Suites was a nice place to stay on Santorini. The private pool was a treat (you could wave to your neighbors in their own private pools, next door). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The cave style vibe of the room and bathroom were a unique experience.

2 things we missed . one is a bit privacy for the jacuzzi (since this is on the open coridor area so it was a bit less private for us) Second is a proper full length mirror could be a cherry on the top for my wife.

We were told to sleep with open windows so that the room doesn't get to damp from the jaccuzzi. Sleeping was tricky because of the noise from the nearby club. Even after closing all windows the music was so loud that the whole room and bed were vibrating (from 11pm to 5am all through). We're no light sleepers at all but this is too much. The host seems to be already working on this issue. I would recommend this place only if you go partying yoursel and don't mind the noise. For our purpose of staying one night and then travel on, it was still ok and we paid a very low price last-minute. So all ok.

The room was very nice and comfortable, everything exactly like on the pictures. The host contacted us right upon booking and the communication was excellent. We got a lot of good restaurant recommendations. The location in the middle of Fira and not too far from the main bus stop is excellent.

Very central in Fira. Superb location on the cliff overlooking the sea. Close to the main road and easy to reach (only some 20 steps to climb). The room with terrace and outdoor tub is better.

The type of room that was located in the basement, with no windows (reason why it’s so quite, even at night). We had to walk through the hall that connects with the rest of the rooms in order to get some air or use the jacuzzi. Would not spend more than 2 nights in that specific room. Blankets are yellowish. Discounted when booked, definitely not worth the full price.

Okay. I don't want to be harsh but, here's a list that could use improvement. The smell emanating from the flimsy spa door. The aircon was also smelly. The chair wasn't exactly intact. The bed was hard and don't expect fresh daily towels. Now, because the unit smells, you have to leave the window open and listen to the loud techno music that rumbles through the town until 3am. I guess that's okay if you plan going to the club until then and getting drunk every day but for us oldies it wasn't great. I would not pay full price. Wouldn't take much to get it up to scratch.

The room we had did have an amazing view. You really wouldn't want to rent a room without one on Santorini. It was central to most of Fira.

Hot tub on the deck was broken and never got over being mildly warm. Room was difficult to climate control and was limited to a small heating/cooling unit plugged into the wall with instructions in greek.

Most beautiful views I have ever seen in my life. Host was gracious and polite. Room was comfortable. Amazing value for the price.

The view of the room is fantastic, both the harbuor and the sunset. The hotel is only 5minutes walk to the bus station where you can travel to Oia or other places on the island. The staff, Danae, is very helpful. Wheneve I asked for help, she always responded quickly.
