I had a wonderful stay in Santorini. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What truly made the experience special was Evi, the owner. She was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made the stay feel even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Danae Villa is just perfect and Evi is the best host you can imagine. It’s 700 meter (uphill) to the centre. Close enough to walk to the vibrant streets and the caldera, but far enough to stay at a quiet place. The patio with the swimming pool is lovely for the morning coffee with a pastry and perfect to cool down after a beach visit.

We had a lovely stay. Felt very welcome and loved the homemade complimentary breakfasts every morning. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool with Leo the cat.

The place was like an oasis in Santorini. About 10 minutes walking distance from the vibrant Fira! Yes it was uphill going to Fira but it wasn’t that bad and not a problem for us. The room was very spacious and super clean. The mattress was so comfortable!! The pool and the jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation for the end or the beginning of our days! The most important aspect of the place was Evi! She’s the best hostess ever! From the minute we arrive, she made sure that we are comfortable and gave us the best recommendations for the island! Every morning she was preparing and offering us a delicious breakfast. She literally made us feel like home. Can’t recommend this place enough! Evi we will definitely come back again!!!!

I liked everything! Starting from the location (it is really close to the center of Fira) continuing with the rooms (spacious, really clean and tidy) and finishing with the kindness and hospitality of Evi, everything was amazing! If you are looking for a place to stay in Santorini that has life and personality this is the place to be! Evi treats you like family, she makes you feel safe and at home! She can help you with anything (from rides from and to the airport to atv s) She truly likes what she is doing and that is visible in the villa! I cannot recomand her enough!

Absolutely lovely stay at Danae Villa. Evi is a fantastic host, she adds a real personal touch to the place and made our stay very comfortable. Only a short walk to Fira town, and close to the bus station to explore the island.

We had a great stay! Evi was always there to help us or provide us with coffee and homemade bakeries, the best bed and breakfast I have stayed at! Her hospitality was amazing and we recommend it to young couples, it’s not far from the city center but we rented Atv and it helped a lot!

The perfect Santorini escape. The villa was everything we hoped for – peaceful, and with incredible swimming pool and garden . But what truly made our stay special was our host: kind, helpful, and always one step ahead of our needs. It felt more like visiting a friend than renting a place. Evi makes the best homemade breakfast from the house. Would return in a heartbeat.

It truly feels like a little piece of paradise. Evi treated us like family. She helped with everything we needed, spoiled us with the most amazing homemade breakfasts every single morning, and guided us to discover the best experiences around Santorini and beyond. I must say, the location of Danae Villa is outstanding — right in the heart of Fira, just a short 10-minute walk to the center and very close to the main bus station. We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere, the warm hospitality, the sparkling cleanliness, and the charming design of the villa — we loved everything. From now on, Danae Villa will be our home in Santorini — because Evi is now part of our Santorini family. My husband and I recommend Danae Villa to everyone — families with kids, couples looking for a peaceful romantic getaway, groups of friends, and even solo travelers who want tranquility and beauty all in one place. Believe me — you’ll never forget Evi or the magical villa she and her husband built with love, dedication, and their own hands. We’re already counting the days until we come back next year to stay with Evi at Danae Villa!

The facilities and just Evi were terrific. You are only a short 5 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of Santorini! Great private pool and jacuzzi (and the breakfasts are 10/10)!!

It was my third time staying at Danae Villa in Santorini. Evi is the best host ever! Everything was great, home-made breakfast in the morning was amazing, Evi’s hospitality is 300%. Highly recommended! Thank you, dear Evi❤️

The host was fantastic, she couldn’t do more for us. The beds were really comfortable with spacious rooms. It was very quiet and easily accessible to the centre (less than 10min walk)

The room was great (clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed) and a short walking distance from Fira’s main amenities and the main bus station. The host Evi is a lovely lady who looked after us, made us delicious breakfast in the morning (free of charge!) and offered to give us a lift to the bus station as our luggage was quite heavy. Exceptional customer service and I couldn’t recommend it more! We will certainly be back next year!

The place looks very nice, the environment is quiet and cosy. You can here birds singing and you are outside of fira center, which is good if you enjoy quiet and privacy. Though it is just 10 minutes walk from fira’s center, which made it perfect for us! The best of the place is the reception since you arrive until you leave. Evi, the owner, is 5*, just amazing! She makes you feel totally at home and she offered breakfast everyday as courtesy, but for us, we really felt welcome. She even woke up super early to make sure that we could have some breakfast for the journey, because we had to pick a ferry very early. We totally recommend Danae Villa for you to stay!

Evi the host was so lovely. She takes such good care of her guests. We felt really looked after. She had great advice on what to do on the island and her personal touches really made our trip. The pool area is lovely and rooms are nice. Breakfast and her famous orange pie were the highlight. Would highly recommend her accommodation

Clean, close to town and private. Nice pool and amenities. Evi the host was amazing, so friendly and helpful both in person and on WhatsApp. Breakfast was lovely and handmade by her. Would recommend, easy walk into main part of town.

Evi and her husband are great hosts! From the moment we arrived at their home they treated us like one of their family, you rarely see this.... Evi was very attentive to us and made our stay as comfortable and flexible as possible. She made us a list of the places we had to visit, she recommended us to do it by quad (a great idea!) and gave us a contact who brought us and picked us up the quad at the villa. On the other hand, he made us great breakfasts! One day pancakes, another day biscuit and chocolate cake, all delicious! And the best thing is that she does it with the best of her smiles, with all her love and every day she tries to make you try something different. When we were leaving, she gave us a cup from the island to remind us of those wonderful days in Santorini. And finally... Her husband fixed one of our suitcases that had suffered a tremendous mishap during our intrepid trip! He saved our last days in Greece. Evi, thanks for everything, your friends from Madrid <3
