Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe pool area was tired, booked out, busy and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but in need of renovation.
Great facilities, good food, service, very spread out, well maintained and a fantastic private beach.

TurkeyRoom and bathroom decoration is old A la carte restaurant was worse than expected Beds are old, you can feel the springs inside The sea is not as good as it seems from the pictures, if I knew it I would not come. Barbati and Paleokastritsa are much much better concerning the sea Overly priced due to these… paid the same amount to Club Med 2 weeks ago it was much better. Rooms were new, food was great, much more activities. This hotel does not deserve this price.
Location, Quiet rooms Bar alcohol choise and quality Receptionist Karen was a very gentle and helpful person.

United KingdomWe found it disappointing that sun loungers around the pool were ’taken’ by personal belongings very early in the morning, then people would go for breakfast, we watched from our balcony every day. We think this was unfair and had to go to the beach when we would have liked to sit at the pool. Families with children did not seem to use the pool provided for them. Maybe we should have booked an adults only holiday.

United KingdomFew things didn't live up to expectation. Firstly, the beach/pool areas were quite small. There were limited number of loungers by the pool, and by the beach the difficulty was finding a shaded area (sun was intense and >33 degrees most days). There were so many 'lounge hoggers' where guest would leave towels on the lounge chairs (usually in the prime shaded areas) and disappear for most of the day (at least 4 hours...). There was a sign near reception mentioning that towels would be removed after 40 minutes, but I don't think I ever saw this enforced. We sat near a few repeat offenders who did this a few days in a row, with no consequence. Secondly, there were limited seating options outside if you wanted to enjoy a drink after dinner. There really only was 1 'patio' section, which was always rammed, and the space overlooking the pool could only be used after 9.30/10pm whenever they finished serving food from the Hot Stone Grill restaurant. There would usually be seats inside, but just seemed a shame if you wanted to sit outside with a drink to enjoy the view. Lastly, WiFi was alright everywhere on the resort, but kept dropping in our room. We were based in the main building, so not entirely sure why this was happening. Only mildly annoying as the end of day, back in the hotel room is when we would've probably used the internet the most. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves, but we've been to other all-inclusive resorts that cost less and had a better experience. Not sure we'll be back for this price.
Staff were great, very friendly and always doing their best to help. Everywhere we went, we would be greeted with a smile. Food in the buffet restaurants (Antica Cucina, Asia Oliva for lunch) were nice, good variety over the course of the week. The food in the restaurants (dinner at Asia Oliva and Tavernaki) were alright, but in all honesty we thought the buffet food was better. The views were great though, from both these restaurants and staff couldn't be more attentive. Shoutout to the crepe/ice cream kiosk near the beach, with (usually just a single) staff member patiently dealing with queues, and special mention to the staff working at the Kid's Club - they were absolutely fab (our friends who travelled with us had a young child and they loved it). Room was fine - didn't spend much time in it but the A/C was powerful and the bed was very comfortable. The mini-fridge was also restocked daily with water, soft drinks and wine and fresh towels provided daily. Bedsheets were changed on request but easily accommodated. What we appreciated most was that we could use all facilities on the day of checkout until we left for the airport. We checked out at 11, and only left for airport at 7. This included access to food through the day and use of a shower room just before leaving, which was a blessing after a hot sweaty day. Thank you again to all staff, the customer service honestly could not be better.

SlovakiaYou better not use the app to order hotel services , it didn't work for us.
The hotel had a very good all inclusive program , really everything was included . The food was tasty, with good quality ingredients. Great choice of dishes. They gave natural attention to the guests. By the sea there was no problem with sunbeds , clean towels were always available. It was also possible to use the a la carte restaurant, everything was included , however, a reservation was required. They didn't bother anyone with armbands , which I also rate positive. Every day they refilled the minibar in the room and brought water. Staff was very friendly.

United KingdomRooms little cold as we travelled in April so air con heating on and very dumpy, no ventilation in the room, but great room size, comfy beds. Wasn’t aware to book dinner in 2 restaurants on site so I recommend to book week before arrival. I was lucky hotel accommodated me one dinner.
Great place for families, very welcoming stuff, big selection of food choices. Private beach, daily kids club with fun activities.

United KingdomThe property needs a refresh. Very pretty location but grounds a bit worn out Bedrooms are basic and clean but why have white LED lights in bathroom and bedside lamps. Fastest way to look cheap and could be such an easy fix! Gym needs a full refresh - you can exercise fine but it is not 4* Water sports are not as easily accessible as it seems on the website, so don’t come thinking that it’s like a club med with lots of activities on tap.
The beach area with grass and palm trees is lovely and a perfect bay to swim in with gorgeous views. The food was surprisingly good, very fresh and lots of choice. Staff was friendly and serviceable. The highlight was actually the dinner at the Corfiot village, do book that, not as cheesy as it sounds. Rooms are clean.

United KingdomRooms - these are seriously outdated and need upgrading and the drains smell really bad (we didn’t think they were worth what we paid). Our balcony was made of iron with a huge gap underneath, so we unfortunately could not use it with small children. Wasps - I had read this already, but they can be an issue. After the first day we chose to sit inside for all meals, as they literally swarm around the food, making it not enjoyable. They really do need to consider a solution to detecting them for diners. The worst experience was at the Taverna on the beach. It only has outside tables, so you can’t escape them. The waitress brought something smoking in foil to deter them, but it was already too late, so we had to leave our meal early. My daughter also got stung by the pool. Beach / Pool loungers - the loungers by the pool go like hotcakes. It wasn’t an issue for us as we were up at 7 most mornings, but if you’re not and fancy sone time by the pool, bad luck. They did introduce some signs stating removal of towels after 45 minutes, but I’m not sure if that helped. The beach loungers are easier to get as there’s more of them, but still so many get taken with towels and never used (we spent most afternoons at the beach and never saw some loungers with towels on get used). Staff - like I said most staff were lovely, but there were a couple that simply just needed to smile and be a bit more helpful. Kids club - the staff here weee lovely and our eldest daughter enjoyed sone of the activities. There is a timetable at reception, but it would be good to be told upon arrival more details about kids activities, rather than having to work it out. E.g. kids club at the beach, water fun in the pool, disco at amphitheater. I would not recommend going here if you didn’t have children, as it’s really catered for with them in mind.
Good size room for our family of four (two girls under 5) we were in a family bungalow halfway between the beach and the main hotel, so worked well and didn’t mind walking up and down the hill (there is transport available if you need it). Having a bath and shower was a big plus too. We enjoyed the facilities at the beach; towels loungers, kids club, buffet lunch, beach bar and creperie, which we used most days. The A La Carte restaurants were good (you need to book via the Grecotel app a week before you arrive to guarantee a place), we had a nice meal at the Asian (more adult friendly) and a lovely meal at the hot stone restaurant at the hotel, that was a nice balance between higher end and catering for children. Good selection of food at the main buffet (all meals) and beach buffet (lunch only). I was worried about the girls having enough food between meals, but there is plenty of fruit to take from the restaurants and a creperie, patisserie and pool bar food available at various times (check the app). So it was absolutely fine. 95% of the staff were lovely and sone went out of their way for our children. Our daughters took part in sone kids club activities and loved the evening Disco and face painting on offer. They cater really well for children and babies here, providing anything you need - cot, bed rail, changing mat, warm milk etc. We haven’t done a family all inclusive before, but the food / restaurant selection, proximity to pool and beach, good size room and lovely staff made for a fabulous holiday.

It was a great all inclusive site, with private beach, pools and lots for everyone to do. The 1st evening a member of staff helped out so much with my food options due to being coeliac. Our booking said a double bed which we got singles, however they did move us. The spa treatments were lovely.

AustraliaStaffing at the resort was plentiful but a mixed bag of friendly & competent or rude and slow. Unfortunately as in most cases, the rude service is most remembered. Our checkin started fine and then we were forgotten half way through and I had to approach the desk to start if they needed anything else from us. No one else was checking in or out at the time and others who arrived at similar times as us were off to enjoy their holiday a lot sooner. We also had a very nasty encounter with a staffer at the beach bar. Not that this is a negative necessarily but I would not recommend staying at this particular resort if you didn’t have young children. There are other Greco resorts better suited nearby; as this resort is full of young kids noise and fun. Thankfully we had a very happy excitable 5year old who loved making friends but a lot of older folks and obvious honeymooners would give sideeyes when the fun was a bit too much (understandably so).
The room we stayed for our 4 nights was lovely, we had a partial ocean view (only blocked by trees which wasn’t an issue). There was plenty of space, the bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. There is plenty to do in this very family friendly resort. Very very family friendly. There is an app for bookings and ordering items to your room (hire chairs etc) which is fantastic. I strongly recommend you download the app before you arrive and pre book restaurant reservations to avoid disappointment!
