Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomRoom service breakfast was a bit lacking, and there was a mistake with our order. There was another request to have something brought to our room that was forgotten about. These are mostly minor issues, we had a great time.
Pretty much everything. Great food, attentive staff (there was even a person on WhatsApp to answer any questions, and she also sent us the schedule of activities every morning!). Beautiful beaches and activities, excellent cocktails, wine tasting, all in all such a relaxing place. The pools were lovely and the staff attending them were super helpful. It's great for families, while still allowing for a few areas where it's just adults. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

United KingdomI am not sure there was anything we didn't like. We had a minor issue with the unavailability of twin beds for my two sons who were sharing but we booked last minute so understandable.
The whole resort was excellent, the staff were very polite and attentive, food was fabulous. Took out the Tesla for two days which was just awesome. Only wish we had stayed for longer.

IrelandWhat a fantastic resort, we absolutely loved our stay at Ikos Dassia. The staff were amazing and were all so welcoming. I would particularly like to thank Anastasia who made sure our honeymoon experience was one to remember. She went above and beyond to cater for our every need. If you're looking for a relaxing break with outstanding facilities put this top of your list. The food, drink and service is exceptional, this is without doubt a fantastic all inclusive resort. We are already looking into booking our next stay!

United KingdomFantastic resort. The facilities and restaurants were all fantastic, but the thing that really made the difference was the fact that all the staff seemed so happy and welcoming. It really felt that our comfort and enjoyment was the most important thing for everyone. We feel thoroughly pampered and can't wait to visit again.

Netherlands- no game room for kids entertainment with bad weather - Cocktails at pool not good, compared to the bar they all taste completely different - Seaview rooms in sea building first floor looking onto a roof - Bit weird welcome, needed to wait in lobby while there was a reception. After asking it became clear that for checkin there is no reception needed, someone comes to you. - No entertainment for a week except for live music in the lobby with 2 or 3 people. - Not enough parking spots available, one of the evenings we needed to squeeze in on a quite dangerous spot where traffic was driving as well. They only have about 25 spots, of which 12 are taken by their Tesla’s. - Icecream places outside offer 4 different flavours but all taste a bit the same - No crepery (pancakes place for kids), which would be a very nice improvement
- very attentive staff - Hire tesla for free 2x 1 day (not because its Tesla, but because its convenient to have a car to visit some places outside of the resort) - Drinks at the main bars very good - Room service ok choice, quite quick - Bed comfy, but i personally did not like the pillow. - Cleaning exceptionally , twice a day - Pools heated, clean and nice - Enough sunbeds and towels available - Beach close-by, beds available - Service at the pool and beach, also online ordering possible after scanning QR. - Enough restaurants, with different food. Not Michelin star, but good variation and different food in every restaurant. - Buffet was exceptional for an all inclusive, fast service, good choice and lots of “healthy” options (they do put loads of oil and butter) - No bracelet needed to show you are a member, they just ask for your room number which is nice - Very nice kidsclub with lots of things to do - Nice playground for a bit older kids - Big amount of clean toilets on the whole resort everywhere

United StatesCheck in process and app needs major attention. See dislikes in my full review! (including the most awful towels!)
Ikos the brand is expanding. It’s a great concept but it isn’t truly 5 stars. A lot of work to be done to get there, but the stay was enjoyable. Pros: Rooms are great, service is very good, shuttle service, Tesla, sunset cruise, wine tasting. Theatre production of “History Repeating” was AMAZING. Food we thought was great (some weird exceptions) but for the most part, solid. Standout is Ouzo for lunch which was a bbq. Everything grilled and fresh. Dinner there was also fantastic. Manager Andreas was over the top exceptional. The grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. Landscaping beautiful. Cons: whoever is responsible for the procurement of towels needs a new job. The pool and beach towels for a “5 Star” are an embarrassment. They are frayed, stained and thinning. Awful. Also, there seems to never be enough at any location. Also towels in the rooms are cheap and scratchy. Lastly regarding linens, we had a hole in our duvet which I would think with two room freshenings, someone would have done something. (Was very noticeable). Check in process needs to be re-thought. We were rushed through. Read the room. If your new guests are overwhelmed, ask if anything needs to be repeated. Luckily I had read in a previous review that one should download the Ikos app and get dinner reservations etc made well in advance of stay. If we didn’t know this, we would have dinner at 10pm. I understand eco friendly hence the app and QR codes, but just thinking of those who don’t have a smart phone or what’s app, etc. Also, the app is not updated with new daily information. We would have never known about the concert at the theatre if we didn’t see the flyer in the elevator. The app should be the go to for everything, even potentially the opportunity to order room service etc. Another design flaw in our room (sea view suite) at least was the bathroom door. If someone is sitting on the toilet and didn’t want to close the door, your knees are up against the door. Should have been a pocket do

IrelandThere were issues eg trying to upgrade accommodation prior to arrival/no reply to emails, accommodation only set up for 2 people when arrived early hours, various communication issues during stay. We stayed at Dassia before, would say it isn’t as good as last time. Some areas eg gym were dirty (under weights on weights racks, cross trainer, floor etc)
Everything in one place, relaxing. Food and service was generally good.

United KingdomMisjudged the age of the clientele with low and uncomfortable seating. The entertainment is limited a basic 1 hour theatre show and not enough happening in the bars. The night club is terrible as mainly serves beer and so no one goes.
Great food and wine lovely staff and lovely pools and gardens. The beach is ok. Water sports, bikes to borrow, all good.
