The only thing we wished was we could have stayed longer

We absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were amazing and so clean and spacious. It was a family run business and the service was exceptional. The accomodation had everything we needed and more. We have visited Lesvos many times and wished we had found this accomodation sooner because we would have stayed here every time. We wished we could have stayed here the whole time we were in Petra but it was booked out. The owners even allowed me to come back and use their gym after we had left for the remaining days we had left in Petra. We will be booking here again along with our family.

Location of the hotel is great, very close to both Petra city center and Anaxos beaches. Also you can reach Molivos with a 15 min drive. Rooms are very clean, and the gifts (wine and uzo) are welcoming you when you enter the room. Pool is very good for children, clean and hygenic. Hotel owners, Madame Toula is a fantastic host. She is so nice and sweet, always smiling. Breakfast is simple, lean and very delicious, especially homemade jams, feta cheese and olives, as well as the cakes. I definitely recommend this family hotel and will stay here again when i come to Lesvos.

The location is great, at the entrance of Petra, walking distance to the center and very close to Avlaki beach where we went everyday. Avlaki tavern there provides sun beds and parasol if you spend some amount at the restaurant. We like the restaurant very much as well and ate our lunches there. The bed at the room was so comfy as well, we had very good night sleep. In addition, Lilly the cat was lovely and friendly, seeing her in the garden everyday made our day brighter:) The breakfast at the hotel are very satisfying with various options and quality coffee.

+The hotel is close to both Anaxos and Petra beaches +Although it is close to Petra it is in a quiet spot so you don’t have to deal with crowds and noise +We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub +Breakfast was extra but worth the money +The rooms were kept clean +Complimentary fruits (I suppose the peaches are from the garden) and drinks they left for us in the room upon arrival was a nice touch +The staff was helpful

We stayed 5 nights and it was wonderful. The room was very clean. Our baby crawled comfortably around. The kitchen was well-equipped and delicious ouzo, rose wine and also fresh fruits were waiting for us when we had entered into the room. Toula is the best hotel owner we have ever met. She was so lovely and helpful, she upgraded our room with no charge. The hotel staff also friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, beautiful Anaxos and Avlaki beaches were also very close. 10 min walks away from Petra center. That was so lovely to see and hear the goats in the morning right in front of the our balcony. We always remember our stay in the Defkalion, hope to see you again.

The checkout time can be 12:00 instead of 11:00. But Madam Toula offered us to use the hotel facilities as long as we like. So we did not feel like being pushed out of the hotel.

First of all the hotel facilities were all new and very clean. The hotel was close to Petra city even if you could walk. Madam Toula was an exceptionally kind and customer-oriented person. We all felt like home. Her focus on details and approach to the guests was perfect.

I really enjoyed my few days staying in this excellent hotel. Toula and her family couldn’t have been kinder and offer many personal touches to enhance the stay. The bedroom is spacious, very clean with an incredibly comfortable large bed. I enjoyed my walks into Petra, especially in the early evening with the wonderful Greek light. I will definitely return and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you.

There is really nothing i didn't like about the hotel. We thank you Toula.

Eveything! We spent 2 weeks there, Mrs. Toula, the manager and the owner of the facility was so kind to us at all times. She helped us whenever we had trouble. The hotel has a swimming pool, including jacuzzi. There is also a small part for the young kids in the pool. And the sunbeds were so comfortable and they were both under the shade and the sun. Downstairs you can find the GYM. THE ROOMS: The room was very new, all the materials were so new and clean. There is oven, Nespresso machine, a table to eat for 3, a fridge and a toaster which are also very cozy, you can cook everything easily in the room. Rooms have a large balcony. And there is TV in the room. The bathroom was very clean and new as well. BREAKFAST: It was OK, open buffet and they cook the egg just the way you like. LOCATION: The beach was 10 mins away on foot. We went there by car so for us it was no problem. There is also a parking lot free of charge. It is also a 5 mins driving away from Anaxos Beach and Caravan sea restaurant.

Best Hotel in the island! We have travelled with our 1 year old son, they immediately arranged a comfortable bed for our son. Rooms were really clean you have everything you needed. Coffee machine, complimentary fruits even traditional drinks. Breakfast was really good, location is perfect. We will definitely come back here. Thank you to the wonderful owner.

Everything! The position is close to the town of Petra, a short walk will get you there within a 10-15 min walk.

The hotel is extremely clean, the location is quite with a beautiful view from the room balcony. Huge wonderfully comfortable beds. The showers are amazing! Toula and Kosta are wonderful people who make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel is very friendly, the hotel was very clean. We stayed in room a6. Although we stayed with our baby, we felt very comfortable. It is a great advantage to have a parking area for children and close to beautiful beaches.
