In the center of Skala, just a minute's walk from the ferry. Immaculately clean rooms with fantastic sea view. Just a few minutes away from all restaurants and the market. Super helpful and friendly staff. Crystal clear see beach just 30m (yes thirty). 10/10

A family run hotel and it's greatest asset is Anna Maria at the reception, a real gem. She is professional, friendly, caring and communicative. The hotel is very nice, a bit older and well renovated so the old charm and style is preserved. My room was facing the garden, quiet with a view towards Chora. The bed was comfortable (was upgraded to a double instead of two single beds - nice gesture), everything was tidy and clean. It is situated very close to the harbor and the bus stop. When I return to Patmos, Delfini will be my first choice.

I was anxious about leaving my key at reception where anyone could have taken it. This was to allow the cleaner to know if the room was vacant, but I had valuables with me which I worried someone might borrow the key to my room and take.

I wanted a budget property near to the port but this was so much more for the money. Rooms were decorated in a traditional Greek style and more than adequate for a short stay. Rooms had balconies either facing the sea or the monastery and opened on to a shared courtyard. There was a bar downstairs for drinks and toast and the staff were delightful Moments from restaurants and shops and 50m from the local bus which took you all over the island.

I didn't find it a problem, but there's a bit of noise from the street. The excellent air conditioning means you can shut the balcony door.

Anna-Maria and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a two minute walk from the port and the main square. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with a rear terrace and a seating area and bar out front. The room had a kettle and a fridge and was adequately sized for me as a solo traveller. It had a balcony overlooking the street and harbour, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom has no shower cubicle but is actually a wet room, so no problem. There was plenty of hot water. If I return to Patmos in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent family run hotel. Anna Maria and Thomas are wonderful hosts! The rooms and view of the harbour are clean and comfortable (serviced daily). If you are going to visit Patmos I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
