The location of this property in Oia is absolutely amazing . The views are perfection and to see the sunset it’s a 2 minute walk from the property . The property is very well equipped and there were croissants and biscuits and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived . You have to walk down some very steep steps and walk through hilly cobbled streets to get there from the main road so it is not good if you have any mobility issues .or a very heavy suitcase !

Everything was perfect! Great location, excellent facilities and an exceptional host! Annamarie was so helpful, arranged transport for us to dinner and back , as well as private transport to and from the airport.

Anamaria was the best host we’ve ever had! She recommended and booked restaurants, arranged transport when needed and responded straight away to any queries we had via WhatsApp. The property itself was in a perfect location with not to many steps. It was perfect in every way. Would highly recommend.

We really liked the location, so convenient. Definitely was a great place to stay, the property was very clean, organized and was perfect for my family of 4, we all loved it.

Beautiful location in Oia. Lovely clean cave like accomodation. Perfect for 4 people. Loved the spa with the views over the ocean. Absolutely stunning, would recommend this stay to everyone.

The location was even more gorgeous than the photos and right in the center of where you wanna be in oia. Anamaria was an amazing host and gave us great tips and tricks for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Location and very attentive host

The place is well taken care of by our host Ana and her partner, who were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us tons of recommendations for local food spots and activities. Ana was always one text away from anything we needed! The room is nicely decorated and very spacious for two. Upon arrival, we were also greeted with a goodie basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine. All of these were topped off by the amazing view of the Caldera and the rest of Santorini from the private hot tub, which is thoughtfully placed that despite the hotel is located right next to one of the busiest spots on the island, you can instantly get a sense of privacy and luxury once you get back to your suite. Will definitely recommend and we would love to return!

This place was incredible! Beautiful and elegant interior, breathtaking view, just steps away from the vibrant atmosphere of Oia, yet complete tranquility when you sit on your balcony. Anamaria was an amazing host, she assisted us with absolutely everything, from being right there when we arrived by taxi to help us with our luggage, to advice and suggestions for activities and restaurants. She promptly answered all our questions via whatsapp and was super kind and friendly. Made our last few days in Greece absolutely perfect! Highly highly recommended 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

We had an exceptional stay at Delta Suites. Anne-Maria and Nikos were outstanding hosts — warm, intuitive, and genuinely invested in making our trip special. They welcomed us like family and took the time to understand what we wanted from our visit, offering thoughtful suggestions that helped us maximise every moment on the island. The suite itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. Everything from comfort to cleanliness was top-tier. But it was the hospitality that stood out most — personal, attentive, and deeply human. We left feeling recharged and already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality experience in Oia.

Staying in this cave suite was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Santorini with stunning views of the sea from the terrace. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; she even helped us find great local restaurants and book a cruise, which made our trip even more special. The unique cave-style room added a charming and authentic touch to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and memorable escape.

We stayed here in June for our 10 year anniversary beautiful suite. Anna our host was amazing met us and shown us our room best places to go she was so helpful anything you needed she be there or any advice to give. We absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect spot close to main spots of Santorini would definitely recommend. The pool bit was amazing too and you have the canopy over the top so there is privacy from people walking above. Thank you for making our stay 5*

Only down side was WiFi was bit slow and didn't really work outside by pool but that wasn't a priority we couldn't point anything out that we didn't like

Very well placed in Oia. Quick walk (1-3min) to most popular scenic viewing spots (3blue domes & Oia castle). Jacuzzi great for cooling off in heat. Hostess was very helpful!

Google maps gave us poor directions from where they told us to park (post office). Maybe the property could provide a small pdf map(?) It’s pretty straightforward when you know where to go. This was a stretch for our budget, but we wanted to do something special on Santorini. It was wonderful while we were there!! No doubt. But the truth is, we also spent so much time out exploring the sites in the island that we weren’t able to take advantage of the view as often as if we were on a less fascinating island.
