The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast. While we did find most things we like, we missed having vegetables and fruits, and the selection was the same every morning. Just a small idea as well – it would be nice to have a mini fridge at the reception with a few drinks available for purchase.

The staff was absolutely amazing – both receptionists were incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely happy to see us. The property itself was spotless and always smelled fresh, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. Since we arrived late in the evening, our keys were left at reception with a kind message guiding us to our room – a thoughtful touch that showed great flexibility with our arrival time. The pool area was another highlight. It was never overcrowded, and there were always enough tanning beds available, which was a pleasant surprise. Both the pool and the surrounding rest area were kept very clean, making it a relaxing place to spend time. The location is also the best, it’s literally a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira.

There is limited sun space at the pool with only 5 beds so you have to be early to get your spot.

Location was fabulous. Andreas was amazing from the moment we arrived. He welcomed us with open arms, informing us of things to do, places to eat and drink. Everyday we had a chat about how our day was and he always asked if we needed anything. The lady was so kind also- I didn’t catch her name.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely ideal—close to everything yet still peaceful. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Nothing specific, we stayed at a room a little bit more in the back, but it was good still. Make sure to ask, if possible for a room upstairs, or if downstairs more close to the pool.

Amazing location and the hotel is very modern and clean. The desk staff helped us with everything, from spot recomendations, taxis, activities, quad renting... The pool is amazing, and you re five minutes walking from the center of Fira, but still in a quiet area.

I really liked the location, close enough to restaurant, bars and view points in Thira, whilst still being in a quiet area. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

The property definitely wasn’t a location of 9.3 being down the hill over the back of Fira with a big hill every time you wanted to go to Fira. They didn’t even provide a welcome bottle of water. No tea or coffee facilities or even a glass in the room. The pool was good but lacked shade. We also thought that 15 euro per person for continental breakfast was excessive!

Everything was perfect! The staff was so nice and always ready to give advice about which places to visit, bar and restaurants to go to. The position was nice and closed to the city centre and the facilities given by the hotel were amazing. Thanks to Cindy and Andrea and obviously thanks to the beautiful island of Santorini, we’ll coming back for sure!

Sorry to say big fault, bed mattress soiled as was pillow , As we say, no live, not a good nights sleep. May of helped with two pillows instead of one.

Everything was lovely, the hotel name said it all. Even the pool area, a little compacted but do well. Location was just right for are stay.
