It's just WOW🤩 Everything is great, direct access to the sea on your own beach, sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels are clean every day, breakfast is a buffet (everyone will find something useful and tasty for themselves), room cleaning every day, the staff is great! Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Anna 🤗🥰 this is special love and gratitude for the vacation!!!! Thank you for your help and memories for a lifetime 🥰

It was very nice, we had a great time. Location is good, just on the beach, the room with the sea view was awesome , incredibile to wake up to that view. You have a lot of good restaurants near by and shops. Staff is really friendly, food was good at brunch, lunch and dinner. The only downside I could find was the breakfast, not to many options and it looked like more a 2 star hotel..

Despite the poor breakfast and small bathroom everything was excellent. Do not spare money, take rooms with sea view. It is totally worth it.

The receptionist girls were really kid and helpful. The room (105) was excellent for 4 people for our stay. The room had a huge balcony with a jacuzzi which we could also use. We had a beautiful seaview which was amaizing. We had no problem with any noises we didn't hear anything, we could sleep very well. The airconditions were working properly. The breakfast was okay, avarage, nothing special. The only issue was with the stairs to the sea, which was slippery a bit. Would be good to build here a normal stairs to walk in to the sea.

The hotel was great value for money! It's also in a good location! Decent breakfast! The staff are incredibly friendly! A special shout out to Jasmine on the front desk! Jasmine is extremely kind and very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable! Thank you so much Jasmine! Would highly recommend this place to stay!!

It was difficult to find beds in front of the beach and pool side. Everyone kept beds with beach towels and no one laying on it.

Location, best positioned in Laganas beach. We can step in the beach and walk up to Cameo Island or more, also had distance from Laganas main street not so noisy. Receptionists are kind and attentive, guys who works at restaurant & bar was so helpful and served us nicely and support us possibly they can.

To access the beach it's a bit rocky so would definitely recommend some water shoes.

The property had an amazing location, not too far from the main strip. It was quite at night and very clean overall. The outside shower helped my group get ready faster since we are all girls and take our time. The staff were amazing and made sure we stay satisfied. We arrived at the hotel at 8 so the lady at the front desk told us to go chill at the pool until our room is ready and kept our stuff safe. We also rented a car and the hotel has its private parking so we didn't have to struggle with that. It was overall a great experience and if I go back to laganas I would definitely go back that same hotel!!

The AC was really old. It was basically working but you could not change the temperature or wind settings, which led to either very hot or very cold nights. The cleaning ladys came every day but never changed our towels or cleaned the balcony with the ashtray, which was a bit of a pity.

At our arrival the lady at the welcome desk was really nice and motivated. The restaurant at the hotel is an absolute win. The food was good and the waiters were very friendly. Additionally we really liked the room service. It was a nice bonus at the hotel.
