The position is excellent where I can be picked up and dropped off easily by the group I registered! And the day I arrived the hostel,a little girl came to me to help with my luggage,I was very moved by this kind behaviour.

A little concern about the sand on the bed.

We didn't actually stay in dennis studios ..when we arrived, they had put us in their main hotel/apts 'plessas palace' over the road . Worked out better for us as there was no road to cross for the pool .

Our air con didn't work properly. We did inform staff . But had to put up with it intermittently working. Luckily wasn't unbearably hot.

Clean and comfortable, nice staff, good bar and pool. Great value for the price (we were allocated a room at Plessas Palace opposite on arrival) so cant comment on the Dennis Studios rooms.

Bit far out from town and beach

I was happy with the location in the resort

On arrival at midday my daughter and I were given the keys to a ground floor room 5. We quickly changed into beach wear saving full unpacking till later.We then discovered the door did not lock. Returned to reception to be told by Maria that the door could not be fixed that day. Immediately given keys to room 10. Returned to room 5 and transferred our cases etc to room 10, no offer of help. Went to beach, returning in the evening. The furniture in room was very tired bottom of wardrobe door damaged, no bedside lamps per the photo. Only one of the wall mounted over bed lights worked. I discovered 24hrs later that I had left my Samsung tablet tucked in pillowcase out of sight in room 5. Was told by Maria I could go and check if it was still there. The room had been let over night but not cleaned and there was no sign of my tablet.. My jacket however was in wardrobe. Whilst I accept it was my fault that I left tablet but had we not been given a room that did not lock this would not have happened. It transpired that the management were aware of the door not locking and still chose to offer guests the room.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The pictures shown on the website did not match the reality at all. We were placed in a room in the basement, even though we were promised a "garden view." However, this "garden view" was barely visible – on the so-called terrace or balcony, we mostly looked at a wall and could only see a small portion of the neighbor's garden. To make matters worse, we had no mobile reception in our room, and the Wi-Fi did not work either. When we complained at the reception, we were assured that someone would come the next day to fix the modem – unfortunately, nothing happened. The mattresses were awful. They were sagging, and we could feel every single spring in the old spring mattresses. Sleep was also nearly impossible for another reason: The door to our room was made of frosted glass, and right in front of it was a light that stayed on all night. As a result, our room was brightly lit the entire night. The attitude of the lady at the reception, I believe her name was Nina, was outrageous. She was extremely rude and showed no interest in addressing our complaints. Even when we asked about the bus system on the island, she reluctantly and unhelpfully gave us information. Overall, our stay was a disaster, and I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

The photo doens t match with the rooms,the hotel is in not in the pool area,the room was very dirty and old,bugs insinde the bathroom,broken door and they put pictures with hotel and is not like in the pictures,we moved to another hotell plessas hotel,that is the hotel with the pool in fact,the room was a little bit good than the old hotel, The breakfast is very bad,you have only few things and it s the same all day ,and it was to much noise,you can hear everything in that hotel. I don t recommend!

Location and dinner aren’t bad.

Breakfast was awful, everyday same and not delicious.

The studio was not clean, the toilet was so close to the shower that your shoulder was literally stuck to the shower screen. If someone would have been overweight they wouldn't stand a chance to use the toilet. The walls had cracks, the electric main was in the bedroom and the cover was cracked. The sockets were dirty and covered in paint. At the beginning we were placed in a different hotel and in the middle of our holiday we had to check out and wait until evening to check in again in the studio. Really disappointed with the experience.

Very nice and big room with beautiful view

No internet in my room it was disconnecting every 5 sec so I did not have internet at all

I got upgraded to the main building. The room was big with a great mountain view. It was also great that the cleaners came in every day and I got clean towels and bedding about every 3 days

Nothing I didn’t like

Family run basic accommodation in a small block across the road from their main site. Very clean with good bathroom/shower, maid service everyday and clean linen/ towels twice in 10 days. Large comfortable bed. Balcony with bistro table and chairs.

Maybe a clothes horse or small line on balconey to dry clothes on.
