1.Huge cleaning problems about sheets, towels, floor etc. 2. also the cleaning stuff interrupts every day early in the morning while we are sleeping, coming to the room without permission and without the option to not come in to the room although we asked for it the fist day of our stay but no one listened, the cleaning lady came only to throw the trash and not clean anything. 3. About booking, we booked a room with double bed, and we communicate with the Derekas Studios via telephone to confirm about that. When we arrived there was no double bed in any room of the hotel and we slept in seperate beds. We asked several times for double sheet, but didn't have that too 4. About the shower, no warm water and not a lot of pressure. 5. We tried to solve those problems but the staff and the manager, told us excuses and didn't make any effort to listen or solve our issues, (about the sheets and towels that was over and over again dirty, they told us that is cleaning' s sector fault and try to convice us that they were clean althought there had stains and dirt on them). In general, the management team and staff should be more professional, respectfull and take some actions from the feedback that customers give them!!!

The accordion is not working properly. 6. The floor is dirty. 7. The bathroom is dirty. 8 There is no shampoo in the bathroom. 8. There is no tissue in the bathroom. 9. I am very sorry. There is a pool and a bar for those who would like to get some drinks.

The beds were very uncomfortable with the only one small pillow. There were no toiletries available, not even soap or shampoo. The curtain rod was not secure, and they used something like thread to fasten it to the ceiling for stability. When we arrived, the manager seemed unaware of my booking and had to call someone else to inquire about it.

The owner was polite and welcoming Also the cleaning staff very nice ladies They removed trash every day/ replacing clean towels when needed The view of the apartment and the big balcony There was hot water for the shower and the pressure was good

The apartment was not sufficiently clean, there were food sauce stains on the furniture and the walls In the bathroom there were forgotten shampoo plastic covers and lots of dirty and dust on the window shelve in the shower We also found knives and spoons dirty It could have been better level of cleaning I recommend they should change the bed mattresses are not comfortable at all and very old ones
