Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

GermanySpotlessly clean and roomy, well equiped even for longer stays. Location is very convenient as it takes only 15-20 minutes of walking to the port of Volos. A small private parking place is also available on site. My family and I are very pleased with everything - highly recommended!

SerbiaWe booked this apartment specifically because it was written to have two double-bed rooms. In reality, one room had a double-bed, the other had a maybe a bit wider single bed.
The apartment is very clean and child-friendly. It has all you could need for a few days stay. We only stayed for one night, so the little breakfast plate was really great for a quick snack in the morning, and coffee too! The entrance was a bit tricky but we enjoyed the escape room drill :) Free parking was also great to have, but the parking space is really narrow, so have this in mind if you’re coming with a bigger car.

United KingdomWe only stayed 1 night as we had an early ferry to Skopelos. The place is great, lots of room. I like the breakfast which was laid out though we didn't have time. The beds were very comfy. It is about 10 minutes by taxi to the ferry port.

Amazing apartment with all you need and much more. All the small extra things, like drinks, some breakfast food, coffee, tea, etc. It feels extremely home when you arrive. Private parking, 10 minutes walking from the harbour, 5 minutes walking from the old town, and easy to enter and leave Volos.

GermanyUnfortunately , the storm of last September ( 2023 ) has left the riverbed and the surroundings in a bad state. However, that has not got anything to do with this wonderful hotel and its amenities !!! Therefore, don't expect nice views from the windows !
Our 2nd stay ! Consistency of highest quality and customer service. Full attention for important details. The owner is always happy to walk the extra mile. Spacious rooms, living room and bathroom. Excellent shower. OWN CAR PARK ( for 1 car only! )

United Stateswe could have used one more bed such as a pull out sofa for our group but otherwise we would use again. If you have difficulty with stairs, this place would not be for you.
Location was within walking distance of grocery store and 3 tavernas. We did not have small children on our visit but the apartment has excellent amenities for families traveling with kids (cots, small floor beds, toys). Modern bathroom. Roomy. The kind, informative manager who works on the first floor of the building met us at the door with a key and there was parking as part of the apartment. We were within 7-10 minutes of the ferry and shopping. Within 6 minutes of our favorite ouzerias/seafood restaurants.
