Ground floor can suffer a little bit from noises from upstairs guests. Kitchen was not right away equipped with all necessary things (kitchen towel, salt&pepper, sponge for wash dishing) but that was quickly corrected.

Excellent location, one of the best places to stay for a family. Host was very kind and welcome, no complaints at all.

Dilina studios are located in a quiet area, very close to Arkasa center. Parking is available at the property. Studios are spacious, perfectly clean, with fresh towels every day. Stuff was helpful and very polite. The owner was kind enough to offer us an early check-in and a late check-out at no extra cost, to facilitate our trip. Overall, a highly positive experience.

Everything was perfect!!! The hostess is very nice and friendly! She allowed us to early check in in sequence of a very early flight and the room had fhe most Wonderful view over the sea and sunset. We really recomend it.

The clothes airer on the balcony was broken and we had to rig up our own line in order to dry clothing etc. This limited the available space for us to sit.

The accommodation is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. It is very close to a supermarket, which has fresh bread delivered daily and is only a short walk to the centre of Arkasa and restaurants. They were quick to respond when we had an issue with the electricity. There was plenty of space in the car park.

The bathroom was a bit simple. The balcony overlooks a road, can be a bit noisy with the school being nearby.

This room is quite functional all be it a bit bare bones, however it fufills its purpose if you are looking for a base while you explore the isalnd. The town is quite pleasant with great food options near by.

The wifi can be spotty if you are planning to work there/have calls, they should provide salt and pepper in the kitchen

Just 20 Minutes away from the airport. Location in Arkasa is just perfect for exploring the island. Supermarket across the street. Very welcoming owners, child friendly... Our room was cleaned every day, beds made and towels changed when needed. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend this Studio.

We stayed here 11 nights and everything was perfect! The cleaning lady visited our room everyday and she also changed our towels three times there. I would appreciate if the beds were more comfy but overall everything was good! They had some problem with my card to charge the stay but they told me to send the money to their bank account so they sent me the bank details and I could make the transfer. Definitely recommend here to stay!

We booked a room for 3 people and when we arrived there was only 2 beds, but situation was fixed quickly.

Apartment/room was very clean and cleaning staff kept it clean during our stay. Towels and bedlinen were changed often. Staff was friendly and if we needed any help we got it. Dilina Studios location was good, stores and restaurants/cafes were close. Closest and biggest grocerystore is across the street. We had a balcony on the second floor facing the sea and it was nicely "breezy" in the evenings and nights to sleep with the balcony door open. Sunsets from the balcony. 👌Would come again to stay there for sure.

Very little kitchenware - no pan, 2 pots, only 2 pieces of each type of cutlery and no knife. Also the AC blows straight on the bed.

Looks like walls are a bit thin, so maybe it can be a problem if you have noisy people and unrespectful people next to you, even more if you have a light sleep.

Had a nice stay over there, mainly because of the nice family who owns this business. They are very friendly and kind people. It was always a pleasure to speak with the owner and the young miss who was doing the cleaning. Towels and many cooking tools were provided. Even some Raki and some food. It was so kind from them to provide this. 🙂🙂 There is a supermarket 2 minutes away, and they have many products so you don't need to go to buy somewhere else. The room was quite big, with a good shower also. From the balcony you have a nice view on the sea to enjoy sunset and also on the mountains and hills. Nearby there is a shop which belongs also to this family, and you can buy nice biscuits over there. 2 minutes away you will find 2 brothers where they rent motorbikes, and those guys are very friendly also. There are so many restaurants nearby where you can have very good food and there is a nice beach 10 minutes away. Internet was good also. I really recommend this place. Air con is a little on the noisy side so would switch off during the night.

The Property is great for families, with large rooms. The views are good to the sea with sunsets visible. Can’t complain for the price.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was wonderful! The owners were very kind and the cleaning lady also. The location was great, there is a supermarket just across the street and a pharmacy also. There is a great beach nearby. Excellent location for kids and family. They cleaned our room everyday and they were really helpful and friendly. The room is big and provides everything you need. The view from the balcony was a bonus! Thank you for everything! We are surely coming back

Really nice room with balcony and everything that you need for a great stay! The stuff was very friendly and ready to help at any time. The location is next to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and more and 15min by foot to the beach through town. The balcony views the sea. The rooms are cleaned everyday. All in all we had a perfect stay and would go there again any time!

Bathroom very average, the type you have to mop the floor after.

The room was clean and spacious, with adequate facilities. With selective restructuring, it can be amazing. The staff exceeded my expectations, extremely supportive. Excellent value for money.
