The location of the hotel is very close to all the beautiful beaches and also 5 minutes by car to the town center, there are many nice restaurants around and the prices are affordable. The fact that the hotel is family run makes us feel like home. Mrs. Elena and her mother are very polite. The breakfast was also very nice and sufficient. We had a very comfortable vacation with the child.

During our check in, we were informed by owner that our lock is somehow not working and there is only one key, which we have to return every morning and get back when needed. However when came to our room, we found out its really unable to lock the room, either from inside nor from outside making us not wanna sleep and leave our personal things accessible. When asking owner about this problem, she called to English speaking daughter, which literally started screaming at me to leave and do whatever I want that she doesn’t care. Hopefully at least owner she tried, got someone to repair, and in the end making it at least “sometimes”working. Most disappointing was just the daughter starting screaming at us to get out and things like this.

Despite not renting a car, we were able to get around and enjoy the place, meet very friendly people, the location is really good, close to beautiful beaches, a very complete breakfast and a cozy place to eat.

During check-in, there was no one at the reception to assist us, plus we weren't informed about the breakfast charge, it was presented as a part of our stay. Absence of staff continued to be an issue during check-out. Guests shouldn't have to search for personnel during these crucial moments. Moreover, as we were never properly informed about the additional breakfast charge, and the lack of staff at check-out meant we couldn't(didn’t know) pay for it when we left. Despite the poor quality of the breakfast with leftover items, we were treated as if it was our fault. We only had coffee on our second day and skipped breakfast on our last day. Ps. You have to pay extra to be able to use air conditioning.

We were expecting a different, but the owner said there was no other available. The owner also told us that the pool was 24/7 available but at the night lights were shut down. The floor of the room wasnt clean every day. No shampoo in the bath. Bathroom's door was broken and we couldnt close it. Window net torned up and we had problems with mosquitoes. AC with extra charge! Beds not comfortable. No drying loft. Breakfast medium.

Where do I begin! We arrived late due to a flight delay - no 24 hour reception. A long term guest showed us to our room! The owners had left a piece of paper with instructions, in the absence of the guest this was after I received no reply from a message sent about a week before as I knew our flight was late even if it had been on time, asking about late check in. The room did not have tea and coffee making facilities even though these were advertised. I found the “communal” kitchen I think although looking at it it could have been the owners but it was filthy and sticky. I managed to find 2 cups that looked like they should have been thrown away years ago. The pool bar and snack bar don’t exist. The wardrobe was smelly, the safe wasn’t bolted down in the wardrobe. No hot water and no water pressure after 6.30pm. No barbecue. The sun loungers are old with 80% broken and the covers are all smelly. I asked for a blanket and received one with holes in it. There are no washing facilities even though these are advertised. I needed an iron but couldn’t find one, I looked for one in the communal lounge but didn’t want to look in the cupboards after the first one contained shoes! Owner was never around to ask anything so never got an iron. The hotel is cheap so you aren’t expecting top class however you are expecting the facilities that are advertised.

Large room. There is nothing to recommend this place. Dishonest owner. The owner’s friend crashed their scooter into our hire car. They will not disclose the insurance details and have avoided us. Do not stay here it is not as advertised

Wonderful place to spend few days here. Nice garden with a pool and beautiful flowers. Great service, our hosts were really nice and the breakfasts were delicious (what is very important, including cakes, frest vegetables and watermelon).
