If it's a 5-star hotel, entertainment should be more frequent, more options and better organised, games should be free of charge, even though there were not a lot of options. More music around the bars during the day and night, And definitely more bar practice (primary cocktail recipes with poor taste ..) Also , espresso and coffee from the machine for all inclusive guests should be free definitely.

The resort is beautiful, great atmosphere, excellent staff, cleanliness, and organisation. Buffet was great. The Medusa, excellent job!!! Service and food were amazing.

Bad wifi. AC did not work properly all the time. Beachbeds were reserved by the guests every morning when we went at the beach. At around 9am every morning there were towels left on the beachbeds and almost all empy, no people.

Some white noise can appear (from fridge, from outside fans), and this might be considered fixing definitelly. Also the pool the closest to the beach needs abit clean-up.

The hotel itself is quite large and busy, so there were often a lot of people around, including in the buffet dining area, which could feel a bit hectic at peak times.

The choice of food in the restaurant is monotonous, dessert and ice cream bad, small selection of meat. It was much better in previous years ( 2019, 2022). To much noise with music nighte outdor.

The only thing is that the hotel is understaffed. The staff are doing their best, but sometimes it's nor enuf. There was one cleaning lady- older, blonde hair, she burged in our room the last day to take a bed and was not doing good job. It was a little bit unpleasant

The air conditioner in the room was not working, and we complained several times, but it could not be fixed. The hotel also did not offer another room or any alternative solution, and considering it was July, it was extremely difficult to stay in a room without air conditioning.

Cleaning could be better and there were some smells in some corridors , also the call center reserved a room to our friends for all inclusive but they gave us a half board room and charged us more for all inclusive

The furniture from the room was a bit outdated, and not quite practical... There weren't too many options for storing various items if you travel with a small child (3 year old). The TV in the room had connection issues, the tv signal was unstable and although it was a smart tv the apps weren't available, that was a bit of an issue for us because our child was not able to watch any of the preferred content. The benefits from the all inclusive weren't that wow...

It was clean, the garden, the pools and beach were very nice, the hotel employees were pleasant and eager to help. The room was big enough with a big terrace with a very nice view of the sea, the cleaning was done daily. The food was good, tasteful, but not that diversified specifically at breakfast also some of the vegetables were sliced way too early and kept in the fridge which dried them (especially the cucumbers). The AC unit was pretty new and kept the room cool which was nice. Overall the conditions were good, but they aren't 5 stars (more in the 4 stars range)

Gym needs small update. Some tiny "white noise" (fridge, climatiser, outside fans) could be removed.

Their food/restaurant is excellent. The hotel overall is great, spacy, clean, practical, very safe for kids. Sleeping is also good, despite rooms proximity.

Food in restaurant is from poor products - for example feta cheese and unbelievable in the Greek sea - FROZEN fish fingers and cheap wine. For a week stay - our room was cleaned 2 times, because other days the cleaners came between 14;00 an 16;00. Good hotel, bad management!

We've visited this place before and it was amazing. Right now, it feels like it was left to just be milked and not nurtured. Not sure how they keep their 5* status. The sauna is paid? The gym has only a few treadmills and that's it. Some rooms have new air conditioners, others are left with the old ones that cannot cool the room. The tennis court is neglected.

There's an adult-only pool. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We had an overall nice experience at Dion Palace Resort and Spa in Limín Litochórou. The room was comfortable, though the furniture was a bit dated. The food was decent, and we appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the services provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. It’s a good option for a relaxing getaway, and with a few updates, it could be even better.

The waiting staff worked very hard and often seen almost a run to clear tables and help but we had finished our food and still could not get anyone to get us drinks . I found the coffee machine frustrating in the morning as it was frequently out of coffee and the staff busy to refill . Told to wait 10 mins for milk refill.

The pool were very nice , particularly liked having an adult only pool although the signs to indicate this were not obvious and children did often swim . The pools closed at 6 although as we left I was told that we could swim without lifeguard after this time that is also not clear as the lifeguards do insist you leave .

The resort’s beachfront location is idyllic, the grounds impeccably maintained, and the mix of pools is a plus. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very nice and well-maintained. Manager Tomas was incredibly kind and accommodating.

The cental cooling system was not coping with the heat. Some issues with the instructions for the save deposit box, it was necessary to ask for help. The same for Tv set which was not working, so the set up box and the cable were replaced.

Comfortable stay according to the class of the facility, the whole object was on highest tidy level, a lot of employees were engaged in the hotel operation, it was impressive from my point of view.

Our stay at Dion Palace Resort and Spa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful, especially Evangelia who welcomed us warmly and was ready to accommodate to every need. The room they upgraded us to and the resort overall were spotless and spacious. The food was also fresh, with plenty of variety. Will definitely be coming back!
