How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewWe could always find a sun bed at the beach, no matter how late we went. The beach bar was also very nice and handy. We were worried about the internet or the AC from reading other reviews, but we had no such issue. There was wi-fi everywhere (including the beach) and the AC was more than enough to keep the room cool.
Maybe a bit more fruity cocktails included in the all inclusive. I generally enjoy weaker cocktails, but that's just a personal preference.

Verified review• The courtyard, pools, and beach area are very nice, but the rooms are old, smell of mold, and clearly suffer from years of poor maintenance. They urgently need renovation, and it is obvious that no real investment has been made in this hotel for a long time. The cleaners do their best, but they cannot compensate for this neglect. • The food is okay, but it is clear that the management gives a very small budget to the kitchen. The “all inclusive” option is extremely poor – everything is kept at the bare minimum just to be able to call it all inclusive. • The biggest value of this hotel is the staff that is not part of management – they are kind, attentive, and truly try to make guests comfortable, but unfortunately they cannot compensate for management’s negligence.
This hotel might look fine at first, but our experience was a nightmare. On August 26th, our 2 year old child was bitten and scratched by a cat on the hotel premises. Very importantly: our child did not touch the cat – while simply walking by, the cat suddenly jumped on him and attacked. The child was with his father at that moment, and thank God the father reacted quickly and prevented an even bigger catastrophe. The cat had small kittens, which explains her aggression, but it also shows that management should never have allowed such animals to roam freely around guests. Our child had to be treated by a doctor, take antibiotics, and remain under medical observation. I am aware that cats are everywhere in Greece and that is not the issue here – the problem is that this was a mother cat with kittens, there are also pregnant cats on the property, nobody in the hotel takes care of them, and they are aggressive. Our child never touched any cat and we never allowed him to get close to them during the entire stay. Our holiday was completely ruined. Our child developed a trauma towards cats, spent two days confined to the room, and afterwards could not go on the sand, swim in the sea, or use the pool. Because of the antibiotics, his legs could not be exposed to the sun, so in the middle of summer he had to stay in long pants. Instead of rest and enjoyment, we lived in constant stress and fear. We even wanted to leave the hotel immediately after the incident, but we were advised to stay close to medical care and continue monitoring him, so traveling was not an option. The staff were polite, friendly, and hardworking, and some even admitted to us that cats on the property are aggressive. They were the best part of the hotel, always smiling and trying to help. The real issue was with the management. They ignored us from the beginning, avoided taking responsibility, and tried to cover up the incident.

Verified reviewThe resort is beautiful, great atmosphere, excellent staff, cleanliness, and organisation. Buffet was great. The Medusa, excellent job!!! Service and food were amazing.
If it's a 5-star hotel, entertainment should be more frequent, more options and better organised, games should be free of charge, even though there were not a lot of options. More music around the bars during the day and night, And definitely more bar practice (primary cocktail recipes with poor taste ..) Also , espresso and coffee from the machine for all inclusive guests should be free definitely.

Bad wifi. AC did not work properly all the time. Beachbeds were reserved by the guests every morning when we went at the beach. At around 9am every morning there were towels left on the beachbeds and almost all empy, no people.

The hotel is advertised as a 5 star but realistically it’s a 2 star accommodation the room wasn’t what I booked it was dusty and there was a huge spider behind the TV the entire place is very outdated and needs full renovation the breakfast and meals were very poor no drinks provided not even soft additionally on booking it says 5 minutes away from the city/town not true there is nothing in the entire surrounding! Finally for a Spa hotel to close the pool at 18:00 was really disappointing wouldn’t recommend the place it’s over priced and pictures are not realistic

Verified reviewAfter booking this hotel and reading some of the reviews here, I was a bit skeptical about what to expect. After 8 days spent here, I have to say this place is beautiful, and we had a great vacation. Everything works perfectly; the staff is helpful and hardworking, always there for anything you might need; there are two big parking lots, so it is easy to find a parking spot even when the hotel is completely occupied with guests; WiFi works flawlessly everywhere (room, lobby, restaurant, pools, even beach!); and the food is delicious if you are on a typical carnivore diet. The AC unit was brand new in our room, but there was no need to use it, although days were hot outside, but windy, and nights were fresh. Probably because of the wind there were no mosquitoes at all, zero during our stay. Request a 'do not disturb' sign at the hotel reception and hang it on your room door handle, and simply flip it to 'service' when you need room maintenance, and you will not be surprised by cleaning staff while resting in your room (many people complained about that in reviews). I could write more and counter most of the negative comments, but I will stop here. It's a lovely resort with a high value and lots of things to enjoy!

Verified reviewview to the sea quiet during the nights
This hotel falsely advertises itself as a 5-star all-inclusive resort, but the reality is far from it. The facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and the food fall well below any reasonable standard. Our room had a broken shower, poor ventilation, and no internet. Street dogs roamed freely around the property, attempting to drink from the dirty, outdated pool, which had yellow tiles and greenish water – clearly not maintained. Lifeguard whistles every time someone jumps in the pool but does nothing to lead the dogs away. We were shocked that on an all-inclusive package, the hotel still asks €1 for a bottle of water. They offer tab water instead. The food was dreadful—bland and repetitive. Themed nights were a joke, eg "asian night" was advertised with sushi photos but served nothing more than overcooked vegetables in a questionable sauce. Only one toilet served the entire beach and all three pools, and it wasn’t cleaned during the day. Closest toilet to reception was downstairs, where the hallway smells on mould. On top of that, we found dog feces inside the hotel area, close to the restaurant, raising serious hygiene concerns. There was a “kids club” where kids could just color, no activities were organized. Very boring. Alcohol included in the package was of extremely low quality, same as food. Overall, the experience was so poor that we left a day earlier. Customer Relationships claimed they need to ask their headoffice in Athenes about approval for refund for the night we did not use, but they have not replied to emails or picked up the phone. The management had explanations for every issue, but the facts and photos dont lie. Luckily with the help of booking.com we managed to arrange a refund for the night we did not stay. This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing. I feel that we were misled by the listing and description. Avoid this place if you value your health, money, and vacation time. It’s nowhere near 5 stars—barely 2 at best.
