Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. We booked the villa with the option to bring a pet free of charge. That was listed in the booking and it was stated that there is no pet fee. Later they informed us that we were expected to pay a pet fee (25 euro) regardless of what the booking says, that was their policy. Super unprofessional! Also they first said 35 euro and then changed it to 25 euro when I complained. When we arrived the fridge didn't work. They were arguing that it was normal to not make our drinks cold after almost 6 hours and it was our fault because we've put too much stuff in the fridge. Later when the technician came he said that the fridge was indeed broken and after arguing for almost an hour, they brought us a new fridge the next morning. The Bulgarian speaker was really rude over the phone! Also the villas are really small, they look much bigger on the pictures online.
The villas are new, very clean and modern. The location is excellent, quiet and close to the beach.

There was a leak in the bathroom. It appeared on the last evening of our stay. The WiFi was not good.
A great place to stay. The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dishwasher, washing machine. There are two bathrooms. The rooms are spacious. The location is great, very close to the beach and also quiet place at night. The service was perfect, on two days they change towels and sheets.

It will be good to have a door on the 3rd floor to reduce the noise.
Good location, fully equipped kitchen (just dishwasher was not avaiable). We didn't have enough chairs but from property managment reacted immediatly and brign us additional. The staff is very friendly and nice, they speak bulgarian.

The bathroom on first floor is a bit small. There was some issues with water pressure and it wasn’t possible to take shower at the same time in both bathrooms.
The place is great - near to the beach and 20 min walk away from the center. There are enough parking spots. It’s clean, with air conditioners in each room. Initially the coffee machine didn’t worked, but they replaced it immediately with new one. There are balconies on each floor.

Location is good if you have a car, otherwise the neighborhood is silent it could be hard to reach somewhere. It takes half an hour going to Kavala and 1 hour for Selanik. House was clean and all 3 bedrooms are comfortable. But I especially want thank Zoe cause she came to help with her smile as we couldn’t find the house even though we arrived late at night. 🙏😇😚

Everything was fine...
1) The home is near the seaside at Ofriniou Beach, and in the middle of Kavala and Thessaloniki, in a well condition. Very silent beach and home 2) The home is modern designed with 3 floors/double beds and 2 bathrooms. Every devices at the kitchen are well. 3) Free parking in the front street 4) The home owners are very kindly and helpful for any condition

it is strange that there is a washing machine instead of dish washer, but is just a comment:)
New and spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable- with three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. in the kitchen there are are all necessary facilities. Very close to the beach- about 150 meters. nice view from the upper terrace and quiet location. the staff was polite and welcoming! bottle of water and white wine were waiting us in the fridge- nice gesture!

We thought we’d have cleaning service during our 3 days stay, unfortunately we didn’t. The road from the beach to villa has no asphalt, and after raining day was quite muddy.

The Wi-Fi internet did not work at all for the entire stay, despite of us calling the provider and going in person to the reception desk. Even though, the facility is relatively new and modern, there were a lot of damaged stuff, e.g. exterior blind on the first floor ( so we needed to bend over in order to go to the terrace ), mosquito net (the living room was full of them as a result), shower head, etc. No simple things like - salt, sugar, kitchen paper. For the price per night, I would also like to have dishwasher.
The house is situated on a side street, so it was quiet. The room separation was good. Each floor has a terrace/ balcony (however, it will be nice if they add some extra table&chairs).
