We regret that the extra bed did not provide the comfort you needed, and we wish we had been informed about the minibar during your stay so we could have addressed it immediately. We are, however, truly sorry to hear about the issue with the fridge. We wish we had been informed during your stay so that we could have addressed it immediately for your comfort. Regarding the pool, kindly note that at Divani Palace Acropolis it is located on the ground floor. Nowhere on our website do we specify that it is on the rooftop, which may have caused some confusion with our sister hotel, Divani Caravel. Regarding the iron, kindly note that the hotel provides ironing service through our laundry. For guests’ convenience, we also provide irons upon request.
