United StatesThe info about the restaurants in the book in the room wasn’t quite right. Said Raw bar started at 6:30 but it didn’t until 7. I had planned a cocktail and a sushi bite before dinner but even when I ordered the sushi at 7 it took almost 40 minutes to come so was quite rushed.
The staff was so incredible. Everyone took such effort to make sure I was having a perfect experience. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade as well. Makris fine dining was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

But the customer service manager, Adrianos, remedied the problem and provided us with a lovely room. The manager, Adrianos, the porter, Kostas, the hostess, Katerina, and the waiter, Nick, all provided excellent service and were highly professional.
The beach and waterfront were stunningly beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were superb and friendly.

I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the beach and the soft sand in the sea — everything sparkled with cleanliness. This is not my first time visiting this place, and I can confidently say that they keep getting better every year. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back many more times!

The hotel is absolutely stunning g set on the beachfront with rooms across the road too that have the best sea view. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Always friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious with a large international buffet to cover everyone’s taste. We stayed in an opal suit with a hot tub. The room was very big and the bed was so comfortable. Both pools are crystal clear and refreshingly cool. I had a massage in the Soma spa by Nicoletta which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Even at full capacity the hotel never feels full. The cherry on the cake for me as a huge animal lover are the two hotel cats, mother and daughter CC and Valhala who stroll around the hotel like celebrities. I would definitely go back again.

SwitzerlandThe service is great, very attentive, and helpful. We immediately felt welcome and could fully relax - exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is beautifully designed, the beach and entrance to the sea are great (but still better to have shoes to swim), the swimming area is large. We tried the coffee experience and cocktail masterclass events and enjoyed both. Btw the cocktails at the blu bar in the lobby are indeed better than at the pool, as some already wrote in the reviews. The live music in the evening was very nice too. We had only breakfast (great, includes also local foods), but would book a half board next time, as it is more convenient. We couldn’t try all the restaurants, as some were fully booked already, so would recommend to reserve a table in advance. We will definitely choose this hotel next time in Corfu. Thank you so much!

AustraliaRoom cleaning was hit and miss. Tea, coffee and amenities kit not replaced the 4 days we were at the hotel. Difficult to book into restaurants, booked up more than a day ahead. We had to go into Moraitika for dinner. Bathroom towels were old and gray.

IcelandI had expected the accommodation to be closer to the beach but it was on the upper domes - the hotel is split in 2 by the main road which gives it a bit "broken" experience which was not exactly what I had expected. We were kindly offered to transfer to rooms at the beach side of the property but they were not as good as on the upper side, looked a bit run down and definitely not in the same class as the suits on the upper domes. While the Hotel is superb, we were a bit disappointed as we did expect the quality of accommodaton we got but on the beach side and the split and travel from the beach side to the upper side does downgrade the experience. There are great restaurants at the facility but the need to provide easier access to information at the facilities, like menus and even location of some of the restaurants. Overall a nice experience but not quite what we expected though.
Excellent location, services and facilities are superb - nice ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. The suits were impeccable as well as the staff.

Amazing hotel, the facilities, rooms, pools are exceptional. Staff really make the stay memorable as they are so friendly and polite. Good location, close to airport and the old town to visit easily by car. Very private hotel, you dont notice even when at capacity.
