We had a great stay - the service and the facilities are outstanding. We have visited the hotel for a third consecutive year and we have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The outside facilities are superb. There are different very calm areas with sunbeds, which allow you to have an optimal rest and relaxation.

First of all, I want to share my impression of our arrival. As soon as we arrived, the bellboy was immediately informed that new guests had arrived. They were kind enough to take our luggage and quickly found us a parking spot. The hotel has great security and a very welcoming staff. After our check-in, we were upgraded free of charge to the best room with direct access to the garden. We were traveling with a dog, who wasn’t too happy at first, but we had our own private pair of sun loungers, which made everything much more comfortable. @Sisi from the staff greeted us with a smile and explained the hotel’s policies in detail — such a kind and pleasant girl! The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing — 10 out of 10! I also met one of the hotel staff, @Andreas. He is incredible and a true professional. My wife is pregnant, and he immediately surprised her with a personal gift from the hotel — a very touching gesture. He also helped me make a reservation outside of the hotel, which we really appreciated. We were truly impressed by the way he treated us. I used the gym every single day — it was absolutely stunning to ride the bike in the morning while watching the sunrise. 10 out of 10. See you again, my friend Andreas!

We had one of our best vacations ever at Domes Noruz Kassandra from check in to check out and all the communication in between. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the facilities and the premises are clean and beautiful, and our room had an amazing view. All of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, but we have to single out Andreas who went above and beyond to make sure our stay is lovely and memorable, from recommendations around Hanioti to friendly conversations and meaningful gestures, all with so much care and professionalism!

BulgariaSuggestions for improvement: - It would be great if everything in the room were checked before guests arrive (we had a clogged sink and a night light that wasn’t working). To their credit, staff addressed these issues promptly once informed. - The room door had some small gaps that let in light and a bit of noise from the hallway—perhaps an easy fix to make the rooms even more comfortable. - There were quite a few instructions regarding housekeeping (such as how to request towel or bedding changes). While I understand the idea, at a 5-star hotel it would feel even more relaxing if everything were refreshed daily without us needing to think about it.
A serene retreat with its own private beach, offering rare seclusion and tranquility despite being in a lively destination. The pools and beach area are wonderful—though the beach is small, it’s easy to relax by the pool and take a few steps to the sea. The room was spotless, with housekeeping both thorough and friendly, even adding a charming touch by arranging my nightgown into a bow each day. Antonio’s restaurant was a highlight, with the seafood barbecue and live saxophone night creating an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages, bacon, and local specialties.

Really positively surprised with the staff attitude from a hustled free check in and polite and kind response to each encounter. Lavish breakfast and dinner with huge variety of dishes. Car park and Cappuccino and Frape coffee free of charge during meals whereas in a 5 start Hotel in Thessaloniki we were charged extra. Guest relations and Catering Manager even brought me a birthday cake at my room !!!

We liked everything about this hotel. I don’t want to be too enthusiastic so it stays a well-kept secret 😉 It’s a really lovely hotel with outstanding facilities. Our room was massive; more like a suite with a sofa and balcony. The welcome wine and raki was a lovely touch and this level of thoughtful service continued throughout our stay. The hotel really is beach front and there were always loungers in the shade available for us. The main pool is enormous and again, it has more than enough loungers with shade. This sounds like a minor thing but as a very fair-skinned European it really matters. Not having to set alarms for 5am to reserve sun loungers was a dream. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The hotel staff are really kind and thoughtful; there were older people staying at the hotel and they were helped into the sea every day by hotel staff and lifeguard - this is not something you see at many resorts and we were really impressed by their care and attention. Thoroughly recommend.

GreeceFeels like a paradise on earth! From really nice foods to the friendly staff, everything was perfect. Definitely didn’t feel like a ‘typical’ Halkidiki stay. Even for a local like me , I forgot that I’m in Halkidiki! It felt like I’m somewhere else, a tropical place! The staff made our stay perfect. Especially George from guest relations and Vasia from the reception!

RomaniaThe mattress was old and iverused so you slept like in a hole formed by previius tourists. Yhe pillows were terrible, too soft. The cocktails at the bar are not quite what they should be. The fact you have to pay even for water at dinner. Lack of entertainment in the evenings. Out of 5 nights, there was none in 3, 1 of very poor quality (a dj) and only 1 quite enjoyable (a sax player) The beach is more pebbles than sand and the entrance in the sea is quite abrupt, but ok overall.
Friendly, helpful staff always ready to please; special mention for Apostolis and Adamantia from the restaurant. Very nice room, too bad it doesn’t have a full frontal sea view. The sunbeds at the pool and bar are very comfy and very well managed so always available. The sea is wonderful, the pool too, and not too crowded either. The quiet zone and the gums are a plus. The best parking lot, you car is safe in the shadow. Great, widely varied food at breakfast and dinner.

Everything: quiet, modern interior-not pretencious, very nicely furnished, very well organized, bery comfortable, immaculatelly clean, nice braekfast with plenty of different choices. Wonderfull pool area and beach. If there is something wrong with some of the apliances-its fixed immediatelly, and even things you did not complain about-if they have noticed it not functioning properly-they replace it with you not even sayng anything about it. Very nice quiet bar on the beach and in the loby. Sometimes there is a music event-very good choice of performers (regardless of wheter it is a DJ or a band).

Beautiful hotel and grounds right by the sea and within a short walk of the town. We had a Cabana room opening onto the pool with its own private terrace.
