No hot water in the first and second room were given. Poor communication from the front desk and a restaurant and facilities booking system which even the staff complained about.

The food was fantastic and the kids club great. The pool area and location on the beach was also top notch.

There was no real advantage to being a Cool Living purchaser. The choice of drinks was poor, there were too few staff to provide cocktails in good time and the resort was too crowded with too many young children in only a single, small pool. The booking system for a la carte restaurants was poor, with no offer of Cool Living wine lists at meal times. With the amount of money spent for all-inclusive of everything, premium drinks (like top brand vodka) should have been included. Small things like asking for a specific type of glass for a gin and tonic was refused, which is not a premium service.

I liked the bedrooms, which met my needs. The food was mostly good. And the location was good, close to the beach and the airport for easy transfer.

The hotel is showing its age--particularly the outdoor pool and the bathroom in our room. The buffet is expansive with plenty of options... but none of it is great (as is typically the case with buffet food). We didn't realize the a la carte restaurants were off limits to guests who weren't staying a whole week (we were there 3 nights) so we're really disappointed with having to eat buffet food the whole time. The staff work very hard... but there are not enough of them. We had to line up for drinks at the bar, wait for coffee/drinks service at the buffet, etc.

The beach is fantastic--sandy and expansive. The staff are very helpful. It is really neat that the hotel is on a protected beach where the caretta caretta turtles breed every year from May to October. One thing to note: this means the beach is off limits from sundown to 7am during these months.

The beach should be keep cleaner and the beach keep opened for longer time. More flexibilities to book a la cart restaurant. The swimming pool is not in line with a 5 star resort. The beach front should be lighted in the evening, early night.

The worrying cases of chest infections and coughs in the hotel. Myself and my family have been very very unwell since returning and im sure its related to the Air-conditioning unit in our room.

the food on offer at the restaurants got boring after a few days. The menu has changed while we were there and got better but still didn’t include seafood or fish variety, which was weird since we were a stone throw away from the beach. We ended up eating out quite a lot although it was great to know that we can always it at the hotel. the territory was not as well developed as we would have liked and some of the facilities (adults only pool and bar) were nowhere in site, which is a shame as it would have made our stay much more exciting. lastly, I would say please add some sort of a play ground for children. ideally somewhere close to the bar! all other hotels in the area how some sort of play ground/soft play next to their bars and it makes for a much better experience for everyone.

gorgeous shallow beach perfect got children, with warm crystal clear waters and almost no waves. room are nice and the sofa bed option is perfect for families, although I wish the curtain which separates the sofa from the main bed was a bit thicker. Service was great and the cocktails in the all-inclusive bar were amazing. Our son loved the self-service ice-cream bar at the pool and the lovely nannies at the crèche.

Cleaning of the rooms. Our bin (full of eaten fruit - skins, stones etc) was not emptied unitl I asked on the 3rd day. Bathroom floor mat not replaced daily, lack of complimentory shampoo/body lotion.

The reception staff were terrible. There was a couple of issues we brought to their attention - not a single one was handled. The children's swimming pool was getting dirtier day by day, signaled this to the reception on 3 consecutive days, no reaction (in the end no one used it, because the water was so dirty, and it looked like there was a bacteria in it (had a green tint)). We couldn't get a late check out (by only 2 hours), but at the same we could see no one cleaned the room after we've left. Booked a shower room for the departure day, apparently no one logged it in the system, so we couldn't shower on the last day, after the swimming pool. And so on, and so on. But they do it all smiley. Room was OK, although airco on the lowest setting was like a thousand hurricanes. If we wanted to grab a drink and take it upstairs, they would always tell us they don't have enough glasses, and can only do plastic. Uh, maybe buy more glasses? The hotel is in Laganas, which is basically a big party place, so beware (obviously not the hotel's fault). All in all, "dissatisfied" is the word I would use. For that money, I expect a much better experience.

The food was very good (both in restaurants and served as buffet). The hotel is in the first line, so the sea view is great.

We had the most amazing stay at Domes Aulus Zante! The location is dreamy, right on the beach, and everything felt peaceful and beautifully designed. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful—always with a smile. Our room was spotless and super comfortable, and the food was fresh and delicious every day. We left completely relaxed and already thinking about when we’ll be back. 💙

We are traveling for the first time with our little one and did a short stop in Zakynthos. the hotel team could not have been more accommodating to him and to us. The buffet was amazing (plenty of choice) and they always asked if we needed something diferent they could add. The receptionist that checked us in gave us a lot of recommendations, we want to come back to try them all. They had opened a kids water facility that was very welcomed for the hot day we had.

I had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort in Zante. The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The food was excellent – fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and hospitality. Highly recommended!
