We noticed a small shortage of personnel. Also we would recommend to put parking signs FOR ELECTRIC CARS ONLY near electric car chargers, as gasoline cars were parking there and were preventing us from charging. Also would be nice to have more privacy in the bathroom and WC, as there are glass doors leading to the living room. Just maybe will be enough to put some film on to the glass door. Other things were really perfect!

Amazing location with incredible views from all the angles and venues of the property on the bay. Super Attentive and helpful staff ( huge thanks to Spyros buggy man and Martina from the reception) Delicious food at the restaurant , during breakfast and dinner time. The beach is a paradise spot, fine sand, blue water, surrounded by pine trees. Our junior suite with the pool was spacious even for me , my husband and our daughter. Clean and crisp regarding the linens. Comfortable pillows. Definitely will recommend this marvelous hotel to all our friends. Huge thanks to all the Team !

Although I had specifically requested a room with a private pool located at the side , not among the other villas and the hotel confirmed they would accommodate this, I was eventually placed in a villa right among the others. It felt like they were just playing with guests’ requests, offering promises they don’t follow through on.

The hotel is in a truly unique location, with a marvelous view and very good staff overall!

Perfect stay at the best hotel ever!The resort is amazing,location is with the most beautiful view! Bit too far and hilly from Syvota centre for me personally but car/ taxi negates this problem. Not great if mobility issues as on side of cliff. Sand flies liked me on the beach on day 1 with multiple bites but wife ok and can't blame them if got good taste !!. Aircon seemed to go off at night so room bit warm.

Easy drive from Preveza airport.Peaceful and quiet, very clean and immaculately maintained. Very nice, attentive staff..nothing no trouble.Great views from room.Room spotless and cleaned daily. Fantastic breakfast with amazing choice. Lovely evening meal and great service. Amazing views esp from the fantastic infinity pool. Perfect couples getaway for us for the end of September.

I had asked for a quiet room away from kitchen fans, we were given a room with a very noisy fan right outside our room which meant the balcony was unusable. The welcome we received from reception could have been more welcoming and friendly on arrival and departure, its about first and last impressions. This is not a reflection of the other staff at the hotel who were superb.

The majority of staff where helpful and friendly. Our room was a great size with a very comfortable bed, the view of the sea fantastic. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the food good. We enjoyed the beach and the water activities.
